Very clean accommodation both inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who offered services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I'd prefer it again.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a late night/early morning arrival at the airport - a short 10 minutes away and very reasonably priced. The flat is large, clean, has everything you need for a short stay and the host is really friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

We had an awesome stay in Bill and Crista's place, the proximity to the beach, to Athens, and the airport was great, the pool and other amenities made the stay seamless and lovely. Bill went above and beyond to make sure that we had a truly special holiday and gave us some awesome recommendations.

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

perfect for our needs. swimming pool definitely warmed up as the week went on with the gorgeous weather and we've now learnt to consider going later in the season to suit our needs better. but we cannot fault the pool facilities or host. very quiet and felt very safe for our young families. Great location and beautiful views but highly recommend car hire for shopping and day trips as nearest town is 15-20 minutes by car. highly recommend.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Once again, everything was great!! And since we came in winter this time, the house was very warm.

A spotless and tastefully decorated apartment with comfortable beds and lovely balconies. It had plenty of space for our family of three. It is very convenient for driving to the airport. It is less convenient for visiting central Athens (€20 taxi).

We're back again in this wonderful apartment. People reading these reviews will see that we have stayed here quite a few times. That is because it is perfect for us in every way, as we come to Kifisia 2 or 3 times a year to see our son and 2 granddaughters who live here. We can recommend this apartment (but please don't book it when we want to come again, ha ha 🤣)!

Great location, friendly host

It was great staying at Antonis’ apartment! It was a lovely apartment, very clean and fully stocked with everything I could possibly need :) Antonis was super helpful, any time I needed anything, he was keen to help as much as he could. The apartment was located across from the Olympic stadium so I was able to walk to my event there, also there was a grocery store and other shops within a 5 min walk. Restaurants are a 15-20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride. I highly recommend his place!

Antonis’s apartment was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and is such a fantastic price for the size and space. The balcony with the projector was a highlight for us, we enjoyed sitting out in the evening watching a film. Antonis gave us lots of recommendations for places to go/eat around Chalandri which was really helpful. Antonis always responded really quickly to messages and gave us lots of great information about the apartment and how things worked and where to find things. We will definitely stay here again.

The stay at Anna's was exactly as described. We were there to access the local Hygeia clinic and this was within a 25 minute walk, for those it is helpful for. The area was peaceful and within walking distance of a couple of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops. There was a small park nearby. The metro was about a 25 minute walk, but bus stops were close. The apartment had everything we needed and some thoughtful basics included, e.g. toiletries and things for cooking like salt and oil. There was a little sheltered outdoor space which was private. Anna's communication was excellent, always replying quickly and she contacted us with information before we arrived. If you want somewhere peaceful and quiet to stay I would recommend.
