Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο διαμέρισμα, όμορφος κήπος όπου απολαύσαμε τον καφέ μας , ήσυχη γειτονιά. Είχαμε σαφείς οδηγίες μέσω μηνυμάτων και εύκολη πρόσβαση εισόδου. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for a late night/early morning arrival at the airport - a short 10 minutes away and very reasonably priced. The flat is large, clean, has everything you need for a short stay and the host is really friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Ο χώρος πανέμορφος μέσα και έξω! Καταπληκτικό σπίτι και η τοποθεσία του πολύ βολική! Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε και μελλοντικά!

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Das Haus von Vasilis entspricht den Angaben und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage zu den Stränden ist sehr gut und in 5 Minuten ist man dort. Theoretisch würde es auch zu Fuß funktionieren. Das olympische Ruderzentrum direkt nebenan ist auch für Läufer oder Radfahrer super. Vasilis ist auch absolut top und immer erreichbar. Unsere (zahlreichen) Fragen wurden in kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Auf dem gleichen Grundstück wurde kürzlich eine nahezu identische Villa eröffnet. Dies macht die Objekte auch sehr attraktiv für 2 Familien.

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

She was great with everything, always answered quickly! The place was very clean!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

HostMaster Aethereal is nestled in an upscale, leafy suburb of Athens and it offers a peaceful stay with a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. Inside, the space is immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The internet connection is fast and reliable, and the hosting agents are both helpful and discreet, ensuring a seamless, stress-free stay from start to finish.

James ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Er weiß bestens Bescheid über Athen und seine Geschichte. Das Haus ist außen wie innen eine Augenweide und der kleine Garten mit Hinterhof Charakter gestaltet den Aufenthalt dort ausgesprochen angenehm. Von Kifisia gelangt man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in etwa einer halben Stunde ins Zentrum von Athen. Die Metro erreicht man zu Fuß und die Linie 1 geht direkt ins Zentrum. Wer eine Unterkunft etwas abseits des Getümmels sucht liegt hier richtig. Auch Kifisia selbst ist eine lebendige Neighborhood, in der man gut Frühstücken oder auch Essen gehen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr ruhig. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche!

Για ακόμα μία φορά όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά!! Και μιας και αυτή τη φορά ήρθαμε χειμώνα, το σπίτι ήταν πολύ ζεστό.

Yani, the co-host and her wife, the way they welcome us was awesome. Our flight got delayed and we reached at around 12 :30 midnight. They were waiting outside house for us and till the time we got comfortable with house they explained each and every thing. Not only the day we entered, they were available on call through out our stay. Too good as a host. And place is awesome. Thank you Yani and his wife. 😊🙏

A spotless and tastefully decorated apartment with comfortable beds and lovely balconies. It had plenty of space for our family of three. It is very convenient for driving to the airport. It is less convenient for visiting central Athens (€20 taxi).

We're back again in this wonderful apartment. People reading these reviews will see that we have stayed here quite a few times. That is because it is perfect for us in every way, as we come to Kifisia 2 or 3 times a year to see our son and 2 granddaughters who live here. We can recommend this apartment (but please don't book it when we want to come again, ha ha 🤣)!

Antonis’s apartment was absolutely perfect. It had everything we needed and is such a fantastic price for the size and space. The balcony with the projector was a highlight for us, we enjoyed sitting out in the evening watching a film. Antonis gave us lots of recommendations for places to go/eat around Chalandri which was really helpful. Antonis always responded really quickly to messages and gave us lots of great information about the apartment and how things worked and where to find things. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Alex's apartment! The check-in instructions were super clear, and Alex was incredibly responsive to any questions. The apartment was clean, updated, and had thoughtful touches like fresh linens, which was perfect since we stayed for nearly two weeks. The location was amazing—walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, and the train station in Kifisia. Highly recommend!
