Beautiful house surrounded by olive trees and vineyards with a poetic, very homelike atmosphere. It was very clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds and great terrace where we spent mornings as well as evenings. The best part of course was the lovely duo of Lucia and her mother Marisa - two wonderful ladies who took the best care of us!! Thank you for everything!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Pleasant accommodation in the very center of the place, friendly hostess Nina. Very flexible about check-in and checkout. The apartment is tidy and nicely furnished.

Dear Ivana, Patrick, Andrea and Marco, thank you for ten unforgettable and wonderful days! Our first family vacation in Casa Bella was fantastic – we felt warmly welcome from the first moment. Patrick greeted us with schnapps, the children with juice. Ivana surprised us with a lovely welcome basket. The house radiates warmth, is well equipped – inside and out – with everything that makes children and parents happy. The beautiful pool was our highlight! No matter what time – Ivana was always available and helpful. On the last day, we even got cooked for – a great ending. This stay will not be our last – Casa Bella has won our hearts. Our children were treated lovingly, and there was even a hug when we said goodbye. Thanks for everything – we'll be back!
