Welcome to our "Tiny House" Buitenpost in Abcoude. The cozy cottage is located in a unique Dutch landscape, close to Amsterdam. Nature lovers can enjoy to their heart's content with us. Mondriaan painted a great deal in this area. Our guesthouse for two people is located behind the old Tolhuis on Velterslaantje. It is an independent cottage with simple kitchen, living room and bathroom with rain shower. The cottage has underfloor heating. A wooden staircase leads to the sleeping floor.

Bohemian Farmhouse. Unique and full of character

Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).
