House vacation rentals in Utrecht

An exceptional accommodation surrounded by nature. The place is very refreshing and quiet. Everything is organized so that you feel at home! Marlieke takes care of her hosts: upon arrival the fridge was filled with fruit, juice, butter, jam, milk, fresh eggs as well as bread. A few spices, oil, and coffee complete the assortment. Not to mention ice cream for children! The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and bath towels are provided. The beds are already ready and remarkably clean like the rest of the house by the way. Marlieke is always available if needed even if everything is organized in order to be self-sufficient (tours to do, nearby shops, transportation, restaurants etc.). We highly recommend this place where we will come back without hesitation! A big thank you to Marlieke and her family.

We had a pleasant stay at Jacqueline’s place . We left behind our son’s soft toy after check out , she even allow us to pick it up without any problem to access the key on our own . Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay. Very pleasantly welcomed….Everything nice and clean and tidy. Lots of private and a nice garden at your disposal. Close to downtown , restaurants and shops The 2nd bedroom, outside to reach, was a bit small compared to the master bedroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos – spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Near the center (the public transportation is a 5 minute walk away) The host was fantastic: very kind, super communicative, and always available if we needed anything. Everything was clearly explained, and he made sure we had access to all the amenities. This place is truly a hidden gem – the quality you get for the price is outstanding. Very nice accommodation in a bush environment. Had a wonderful weekend with friends, with all the comforts. Private terrace with fire basket. Friendly communication with Denise. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Everything was perfect and as described.

Wonderful space, beautifully curated. It was especially good for kids; we could easily tour Holland during the day and then kids could play outside the large house on evenings and weekends. Highly recommend for families!

We spent 3 nights in the cottage. Very nice tastefully decorated and very well furnished cottage with car accessibility and parking. Gite located in a very pretty city, within walking distance and with all the necessary shops. Gite near Amsterdam (20 minutes to access a P+R) but also close to Utrecht. Perfect!

Fabulous spot on the water, friendly and welcoming reception. House has fascinating design features. Outside space and paddle boat great when the sun is out.

Had a nice stay at Arrad's Bohemian Farmhouse. The way the home is decorated is inspiring. Furthermore, it is nice and quiet and the garden invites you to lounge in and have a tea. Recommended!

We were a family of 6 and Peter’s place comfortably hosted us. The place has so much potential. We had had everything we needed for our trip.

Richard and Brenda are very welcoming hosts, no question is too much and they are very proactive. Upon arrival, the Jacuzzi turned out to be broken, but the boat was then offered free of charge, and we were able to do a lovely trip on the lakes. the house feels like a home, everything is in the house to make it a nice stay (kitchen supplies, herbs, etc but also board games, a Wii,...) definitely recommend staying here

We had 4 very nice days in the idyllic surroundings and the very nice house. There were five of us there and we had a dog with us too. Everything was a great fit. What a lovely, quiet area! From the garden, you can walk into the woods for a nice walk. We arrived a little later than planned, but that was no problem at all for Wilma and Bart. Later, we got to know you and got a few nice tips for the area. The forest house is really a great place to relax and unwind – recommended for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle!

We had a lovely week at Mark’s place. It’s such a beautiful house full of character and Mynki is the cutest cat ever!! It’s pretty nearby to a bus stop that will take you into the city centre or around half an hour to walk. Amazing communication and overall a great experience :)

We had 4 wonderful days away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed it very much! It was nice to hear the birds and we had reliable visits from a pair of ducks every day! The location is a good starting point for trips to Amsterdam, to the sea or simply to the surrounding area by bike or on foot! We will certainly return at some point! Thanks for this place <3

We had a lovely stay at Ingrid's place. The surroundings were beautiful. Great mountain bike trails and by train you are already in Utrecht in 10 minutes. 'In the evening, we could sit outside, in peace. Ingrid gave us nice tips and responded very quickly to our messages.
