Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Stay in the unique location estate "Het Veldhoen." On our estate, we have a fully equipped guesthouse which has every luxury, such as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living/bedroom. By public transportation at the doorstep, you will be directly at the Arena/Ziggodome in 20 minutes and in 40 minutes to Amsterdam or Utrecht city center. Schiphol is 45 minutes by public transportation, 20 minutes by car. Outside the door is the river Angstel and the Vinkeveense lakes.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Riverside accommodation De Vink near Amsterdam

De Vink is a national monument with a very unique free location directly on the river. In a rural area, but a stone's throw from Amsterdam. The old drive-through barn has been converted into an independent residence with its own entrance. The upstairs double room has a very large bath with a view over the river. The downstairs room is a single room. Both with private bathroom. A nice hide-away with exceptional beautiful views.

In the meadow

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself. Highly recommended for anyone who works temporarily near Amsterdam and/or wants to enjoy the cozy village feeling. 15 minutes from Amsterdam/ Utrecht, with a train station is just around the corner.
