We had a great time at La Couarde for the Easter holidays. We were looking for a house with a beautiful living space, warm, well arranged and well decorated in case of bad weather, Nicolas's house met all these criteria. As soon as the front door opened, we felt wonderful in this very beautiful house. The kitchen is beautiful and very functional, the glass/glass window overlooking the small green courtyard brings a beautiful light, many extra lighting make it possible to put a nice cozy atmosphere. In short, we loved it!

Family stay for Christmas. Perfect accommodation with a distribution that allows you to have 2 separate sleeping areas for 2 families. Clean place, great location. The bedding is comfortable, and there is the necessary "vital" for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, herbal teas etc....) it's appreciated. Thank you!

As described. I recommend it. There were 3 of us, it shouldn't be more (according to us). La Flotte is a very charming village, the seaside is very nice. Restaurants, shops, possibility of having bikes. Everything is available on site to enjoy and discover. It's easy to move from one place to another on the island. We recommend the restaurant: "la bouche rit". Received at 12:15 p.m. without a reservation, we were given a place. The food is very well prepared, the service is efficient, the professionals are smiling. In short, simple and efficient.

we had a very nice stay at Île de Ré, the accommodation is well located in the heart of Saint Martin,which overlooks the street of commerce and shops, the port a stone's throw away. Sylvia is very punctual, she was there when we arrived, to settle into the accommodation and give us information and some directions to better enjoy our stay. A warm welcome and immediate availability when we needed it. i highly recommend Sylvia and her place in the heart of Saint Martin. thanks Sylvia ♡♡♡

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. Honestly a great host that we recommend without any worries. We will return without hesitation if the opportunity arises. If you like walking or cycling that's fine. We had a wonderful time with the family at Elsa's house and particularly enjoyed the quiet location and the great terrace. We also enjoyed the beach of Gran Village, which we reached via a beautiful bike path. We found the house clean as shown in the photos. Only the bathrooms/ showers now showed signs of wear and tear. The washing machine and dryer were very convenient. Elsa was very kind and accommodating in communication. We definitely recommend the property for a relaxing beach holiday on the Ile d 'Oleron!

We spent 2 nights at villasVeronique île de ré, in the Vanilla cocoon. Everything is perfect from the personalized welcome to the details: very comfortable bedding, decoration and choice of materials, porcelain dishes, jacuzzi... Veronique also offers services such as bike rental on site. Thank you very much for your stay . A peaceful place full of surprises, we would gladly come back.

We had a great time! The rental perfectly matched the photos: everything was as expected. We had a real crush on the view, beautiful and relaxing. The accommodation is in a great location, only 10 minutes by bike from the port of La Flotte. we will come back to it.

This place, comfortable and nicely decorated, allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Very quiet environment, while being close to amenities: La Crèche, Saint-Maixent or Niort. Sylvie is a very friendly host, discreet but concerned about the well-being of the occupants. Thanks for hosting us.

We spent a weekend out of time with the family. We were three families of 4 and didn't step on it. The accommodation is very large, clean and super well-equipped, there is something for everyone and everyone. We would all come back without hesitation.

Thank you for this stay, the accommodation is tastefully renovated, it is perfectly equipped! The proximity to the port of Saint Martin is a great asset, everything is within walking distance including with a 3-year-old child! Finally, access to the residence's amenities is still a new asset! Great family stay (2 adults and 2 kids) in this house, clean, practical and comfortable. The location is ideal to enjoy all the woods beach on foot and the whole island by bike! Maud is very responsive and attentive, it's a pleasure! The only reservation I can have is the price but at Île de Ré and during the school holidays in Paris it's not so surprising. I will still treasure this address!
