Private off road parking. Each apartment has the facility to accommodate a third family member to be arranged with the host. In season the local bus can stop outside. Alta Marea is located in the Alta Marea area, which is about 20 minutes (by car) from Patitiriya and 8 minutes from Alta Vala, where you can find supermarkets and restaurants. Less than 50m from the house there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if one wants something more intense, 1 km away is the famous Saint Dimitrios beach. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of the narrow Peristera.
