Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

It's cozy, bright, and with lots of room for you. The house is only a few km from the city center in a small village environment in the south of Kolding. We've taken care of everything that makes it a nice place while making sure there's room for your stuff. There are lots of rooms and the possibility of extra bedding. Workspace with garden view. And then there's the coziest large conservatory with direct access to the garden. Here is a small garden pool with goldfish. The house is not rented out to contractors

The home has a central location close to neighborhoods, culture, cafes and restaurants, making it easy to plan your visit. 2 large bright bedrooms with double beds and a smaller room with a single bed. Beautiful bright kitchen with a good dining area that is connected to a cozy living room. Beautiful garden with large wooden terrace where there is sun most of the day, large dining area and lounge area. Free parking is available close to the home. The main door has a code so there is 24-hour access.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

This cozy 50 m2 home is located in a quiet place less than a kilometer from the city center and with easy access to and from the highway. The house has a kitchen/living room with dining table for four people and a sofa bed, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. In the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer and oven. In the garden, there is a furnished terrace with the option to eat outdoors and enjoy the surroundings. There is free parking and WiFi for the house.
