Necessary service is available as well as microwave and fridge. On the property's 6 ha, occasionally horses go, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest vineyards. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

It's cozy, bright, and with lots of room for you. The house is only a few km from the city center in a small village environment in the south of Kolding. We've taken care of everything that makes it a nice place while making sure there's room for your stuff. There are lots of rooms and the possibility of extra bedding. Workspace with garden view. And then there's the coziest large conservatory with direct access to the garden. Here is a small garden pool with goldfish. The house is not rented out to contractors
