Villa vacation rentals in Volusia County

We had a wonderful stay at Annette‘s place. The property is tastefully decorated, serene, and extra clean! The home was stocked with everything we needed from coffee to utensils to dishes, etc. We lacked for nothing during our stay at this property. The backyard was private and a little oasis for a rest after a long day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this place for a getaway at Ormond Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Ryan was great, before we arrived he reached out to me. Confirmed when the rental would be available. I reached out to him with a couple questions and he was very responsive. Small details like some fresh flowers in the kitchen to a bottle of wine he left us and some sodas and water was an added touch and very kind. I read a lot of really nice reviews about Ryan and he delivered exactly what the reviews said.

Very comfortable house for a long stay in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Many restaurants near by and close to walmart. Historical center and boardwalk within a few miles. We enjoyed sitting outside in the backyard. Jim was very fast to answer to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Jim!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, from the cozy linens to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The spiral staircase was a bit small but I was able to manage by accessing the second floor through the patio steps. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the host. Davidson was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear and easy from the moment I booked and I even had a great conversation with the maintenance guy. The reason why I needed the place for one night is because I had a final exam that took place near the property. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient stay. Jessica was a great Hostess! We did not have the amount of people that we originally planned for - We had 7 instead of 11. If we had the 11 it would have been tight inside the house for seating. The outside pool area was awesome!! plenty of seating for up to 12. pool very nice,. We didn't use the grill but the gas grill and outdoor mini fridge was new and nice. If you were spending a lot of time in backyard you would love it! Very close to town - about a mile and the area is so cool.

We never had any problems inside or out at Yuki’s. Cute, clean house on a quiet family occupied street. Neighbors were friendly. Saw about 6 outside cats on the street. Plenty of dog- walking places and apartment complex around the corner has a fenced dog park and lots of walking paths. The house is so clean you would never know any pets have even been inside. There were no plug in air fresheners as other people mentioned in reviews. There is a sunroom with a comfortable sofa that opens to the backyard- I didn’t explore the backyard though, but it was so nice having the porch were my dog Jubil could watch the birds and squirrels. We would love to stay there again. Thankyou Yuki!

The location was clean and inviting, as well as very well labeled with where everything is. Cesar was very kind and helpful. The area was very nice and safe, with tons of stores and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. Would stay again!

Perfect patio and little ocean view! Our group of 7 enjoyed all the amenities, plenty of beachgear, and comfortable beds. Thankful for such wonderful hospitality and decor!

Communicated well! We appreciated the extra supplies that were requested, and how responsive the host was. The accommodation was close to our venue and we enjoyed the wide open kitchen and dining area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

The home and host were both great. They have to charge what they do to keep the riiffraff out. It is a smart home w/ all the amenities you need. The elevator was helpful. I blew a circuit. She let us know immediately where the circuit breaker was. The alarm wouldn’t stop beeping. She had a tech out right away. She accommodated us with check in and out based on our flights. And luckily we were out of storm Debbie’s way! It was a great place to unwind and I am impressed how well we were able to unplug from work. We would definitely stay there again if in the area!

We had a lovely stay at Dalla’s place. The condo had everything we needed for our family vacation. There were beach chairs and even a wagon to take it to the beach across the street. Kitchen had all appliances so we could cook a few nights. We would definitely return back for another vacation in summer :) what a lovely place right across the ocean and so many things to do near by!

This place is fantastic. Very large common spaces and an awesome and large balcony to overlook the ocean. Design was ideal for our family of 6. Lots of room and laundry made everything easy to stay for the week. Master bedroom and bath were amazing and private balcony for sunrise was perfect start to days. Highly recommended!

This place was absolutely beautiful and spotless! From the moment I arrived, I could tell it was even better than the photos. The listing truly doesn't do it justice-especially the backyard, which is stunning in person. It's the perfect spot to relax, and the whole vibe of the home exceeded my expectations. I'm very happy with my stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. 10 out of 10!
