Our small apartment is in its own historic center of the city. In a nice square with restaurants of typical Tuscan cuisine. Just a short walk from the bus and train station, just a 5-minute walk away. Immediately close to a small shopping center. 10 meters away is an hourly disco parking and another free parking at the station. Great location to practically and quickly reach the main attractions, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Colle di Val d 'Elsa

Absolutely lovely stay in a beautiful place! We had a wonderful experience from intros to wrap up. We were met in an incredibly nice and warm way by Lorenzo, who really took such good care of us throughout the trip. He arranged both tours and other pleasant surprises and made our stay extra special. What a nice trip it was, and how lucky we were to get to know so many nice people! The apartment was lovely, with everything we needed. Comfortable, clean and with a good atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Rudi and Lydie were great hosts. Always kind and attentive to any need we had. They explained the whole Airbnb to us in detail. He was always on the lookout for our arrival and the communication was excellent, at all times we felt safe and comfortable, his house and garden are very nice, we definitely recommend them!

We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!
