Very nice apartment, equipped with all the necessities. The location is convenient to walk to the center and easily find parking. We will definitely prefer it again!

Exceptional hosts Yannis and Niki, they have an amazing apartment in the city center, tasteful, warm , comfortable and very functional. There really is nothing missing from the equipment. Thank you so much for your prompt communication and kindness. Of course they are recommended for every guest.

Great house, very nice spaces with a great balcony for morning coffee. The house was in a very good part of the center, offering easy parking in the neighborhood, quiet and you went very quickly on foot everywhere in the center. The only tiny downside was that there wasn't a pot for cooking. It had 2 deep pans that were a little bigger than the kitchen eyes. Otherwise, it was a fantastic house and I would visit it again.

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more convenient place to stay. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making our trip to Volos so memorable. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. In walking distance from the main roads were all the action happens in Volos. Magda was a great host she was thoughtful to have the a/c open upon our arrival in a hot day! She gave us suggestions about eating & drinking and she was always available when we made contact with her. Overall we are very satisfied. Thanks Magda!

The house is very convenient , I had to work remote and I had no problem with either the internet or the space. Distances are all very close so we went everywhere by foot! Finally, Yannis is a very friendly and helpful host , we had good communication and he responded immediately to what I asked him! Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏼

We stayed at Kleopatra's house for 5 nights. The house was perfectly sized for four adults and an infant. It's a beautiful, clean, immaculately maintained family summer home right at the seafront. The property is fully equipped and you're sure to find everything you may need for self catering. The beach, which is literally at your doorstep, is stunning with clean and warm waters. The sound of the waves is the perfect soundtrack to your wine-drinking evenings at the veranda. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay and very glad we picked Kleopatra's house for our summer holidays. A special thank you to Stella how showed us around and was so warm and hospitable.

We were very happy with both the space and the host. The place was much better in person, the photos don't do it justice. Spotless, large rooms, and all new and tidy. Mrs. Angela very helpful and helpful. She responded directly and was kind and smiling.
