Very convenient, you can walk everywhere As for the hot water, because I saw that some people had a problem... the faucets are just upside down hahaha... the hot water is in the blue

The apartment was clean, with everything we needed ( + cute little touches: cookies, coffee, tea and water bottles). The location was great to go to the beach, downtown, supermarket, bakery... we were able to do everything on foot. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. We had a lovely stay, I would highly recommend this apartment. A big thank you to Christos who made himself available to answer all our questions, recommend places to visit, and who was more than accommodating on the arrival and exit time, we are very happy to have been able to meet him. We'll definitely be back.

The place is lovely, warm and cosy! Looked exactly like the photos! Very easy to walk towards city center and port! We could also find parking relatively easy around the building!

Very clean house, easy to fund and exactly as shown in the pictures There was always hot water, free coffee and wifi. Both bedrooms were comfortable

Great place, great apartment. Great spot for explorations, very close to the sea. very kind host,who responded instantly to what we asked him. But we didn't need anything, your home provides everything you might need.

I did not meet Φωτεινή in person but I communicated with her on the phone. I don't know how to speak English at all and my Greek is really basic, but we understood each other very well and everything was simple. Thank you so much to her.

The reality exceeded the photos we saw. A real gem of Mrs. Anneli's house. Spotless, bright, functional, spacious, quiet had everything we needed. Mrs. Anneli was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, she generously offered us her hospitality in her lovely home and we had a great weekend. Thank you Ms. Anneli, we will visit again!

This apartment is so beautiful & modern, with a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed lovely views of the water. Everything was clean & comfortable. We loved walking the promenade every evening after dinner, and the host recommended a wonderful restaurant for our last night. Our stay was perfect!

Had an amazing stay with vasilis, had trouble getting to Volos but he made it easy to checkin even when I was arriving so late. The balcony is Hyde and the best is very comfy. It was close to the port and delicious restaurant.

We spent beautiful days in Paou and felt very welcome from the first minute! The apartment itself is small but for us, as a couple, it was perfect. The house is surrounded by a lot of olive, lemon and pomegranate trees and a there is a scent of roses in the air, which we found very exceptional and beautiful. Right across the front yard, there is the Pagasetic gulf for a good swim. We rented a small motorbike, did our shopping in the cute town of Argalastì (15min), and enjoyed exploring the Aegean coast with its big beaches too(30 min drive). Aikaterini‘s parents also spent some days at the house. They were adorable and inspiring people that want you to feel welcome and comfortable! They provided us with fresh towels and bed sheets whenever we needed them, and they were easy to talk and reach out to. 10/10 recommend for an unforgettable and relaxing stay!

This is an excellent stay exactly as described, located in the heart of everything. I have stayed before and will stay again. Absolutely love it.

Everything was spotless, clean, and tidy.

Great, private and peaceful place, awesome sunrises for the early risers. Very close to Volos and other nearby towns with lots of restaurants right on the beaches. You'll definitely get your steps in going to the Rooftop but it's in the name, so be prepared! We enjoyed the extra steps. Our only complaint was the hot tub not getting as hot as we would like. However, we enjoyed lots of activities, I actually proposed right across the street at a very nice beach-front restaurant, and we had some great relaxation out on the private patio. Would stay here again!

We we were three and stayed 6 nights. The place is very nice, spacious and well equipped. We strongly recommend it.

Nice and well-equipped apartment, great for families with small children, beautiful location and with a wonderful small private beach. Giorgos is a helpful host who responds quickly. It's close to nice restaurants in Lefokastro but you will need a vehicle since the nearest store is a couple of kilometers away.
