The house was very cute, in a quiet neighborhood. A convenient base for the variety of directions in East Pelion. Please take into account that everywhere you need a vehicle. Very clean. There are extra towels and sheets in case. The 2 double beds are very comfortable. Air conditioner in two of the bedrooms. Quick response and cordial attitude from the host who also provided the check-in and location explanations of the house accurately. The house is beautifully equipped. Excellent internet. The outdoor environments are magical and cozy with a cute vine hut. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

Lovely property right on the beach in Agios Ioannis. Everything as per the listing. Great big balcony overlooking the sea with beautiful sunrises and great for people watching in the evening. Bedrooms nice clean and comfortable. Kitchen ideal for a short stay with everything you need. A great place for families as 30 seconds to the beach and back again (if you forget anything like books / sunglasses) and for a stunning beach - Plaka beach is a 10-15 minute walk (have to traverse a few rocks) and well worth the effort. George was super helpful throughout the entire stay (and lots of communication in advance), always answering questions super quickly and nothing seemed to much trouble. Great to have such George and his family on hand to provide tips and suggestions as well. Highly recommend and I'd be back tomorrow if I could!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect owner. The owner was very responsive, really tried that everything will be perfect for us. He even wrote us before we came and gave us info regarding who will meet us and when. everything was very professionally arranged. The house was perfectly clean, it has all the things that you need for your stay, including well equipped kitchen. The house looks exactly like in the pictures, and feel very cozy. Parking - there's a lot of parking outside the house. we had a very big car and we never had a problem location - 3 min. walk from the beach which makes the house in perfect location as there is no noise from the outside when you're at the house, but in 3 min walk you are in the center of everything - the beach, minimarkets, restaurants etc. if we will come back to Pelion, we will definitely come back.

Lovely clean and well equipped property in a central position close to great beaches. Good restaurants, small supermarket and bakery close by. Lovely garden and high up for a cooling breeze and wonderful views. We were very well looked after by both the host online, and her sister who was staying in the lower apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location just a short walk to the beach, made it incredibly easy to enjoy the sun and sea every day. The area is also surrounded by nice little restaurants and a small convenient store (with some fresh fruits and veggies), so finding something to eat was never a problem. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The village is quiet and not noisy at all at night. Another highlight was the owner. Incredibly kind, attentive, and ensure we had everything we needed... making our trip even more enjoyable.

we loved the house. very unique, peaceful and authentic. located in a small village, feels very homey. the host is lovely, they made an extra effort to accommodate us. the house was clean, well organised, and they left some snacks, milk and all cooking ingredients available for us. we highly recommend it. please pay attention to the description, you need to walk and carry your luggage from the car. not a problem for us. area is wonderful. very special vacation spot.
