The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house for up to 3 people. 1 more person could sleep in the living room on the sofa Right in the center of our historic old town, gastronomy, butcher, bakery, shops are easily accessible on foot. The train station is 10 minutes walk. The Twistesee, Edersee and Diemelsee are just around the corner. Lots of forest, bicycle and hiking trails a healing spring (Sauerbrunnen). The A44 is easily accessible

Our stay was great. Everything was super straightforward and clean. The decor was rural, really cute and lovingly decorated. Everyone was super nice and integrated us in the alktag, showed us everything and answered questions. The kids didn't want to leave. Always happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay with our dogs. The cottage looks as described and is furnished with attention to detail. You feel like you're in a forest cottage and can enjoy the peace and quiet with birds chirping and leaves rustling. The Twistesee is also within walking distance.
