Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The small kitchen is simple but practical and functionally furnished (without dishwasher). The bathroom has a large sink, shower and toilet . Washing machine use is possible by arrangement. Attention: the open wooden staircase is dangerous for toddlers!
