Our stay at Audrey's went very well. The studio is cozy, quiet and well decorated. We fully enjoyed the beautiful and very nice terrace with its beautiful plants and pond. Audrey was a perfect host: available and friendly. Lavilledieu is a charming little village that offers everything you need (bakery, butcher shop, greengrocer, tobacco shop, etc.) and is ideally located for exploring the Ardèche du Sud: Aubenas, Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Montélimar, everything is accessible in less than 30 minutes. In short, we had a great vacation!

We were made to feel extremely welcome by the very kind and friendly hosts. Claire and Dominic could not have been more helpful. And the lovely additional touches of local treats on arrival and eggs from the chickens made our stay extra special. We loved eating breakfast on the lovely terrace, and the village is wonderful too. Friendly host, quiet apartment and very good location!

We had a very nice vacation. The apartment has flair and is really fully equipped. The location in the vineyards is very quiet. The many animals put you on a farm and in the garden you can relax wonderfully. Albert and Christine are always available and helpful but also discreet. All in all, one of the best apartments we've ever had and highly recommended.

A wonderful and memorable stay! The studio is still as charming and pleasant, very well equipped and comfortable. The spring light bathes the space in a beautiful softness, we like to stay and rest there, after a hike or simply to recharge. Véronique and Pascal are perfectly friendly and very attentive hosts. It's a real pleasure to stay with them. The Ardèche Gorges are nearby, as are many hikes, caves and quaint villages. Nia is a gem. We recommend it, and we'll be back. 😉✨

We stayed at Michelle’s apartment for 2 weeks. It was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at (among probably 20 + places we have rented over the last 40 years). Everything about the experience with Michelle was top notch. She’s so friendly, thoughtful, caring and professional. We needed to contact her a few times during the stay, and she handled every question perfectly and with grace. The apartment’s amenities ticked off all the boxes. We chose it for the proximity to downtown, and were happy to be able to walk easily to all the stores, restaurants, pharmacy, Place aux Herbes, etc. That means a lot, since my husband cannot walk long distances. In addition, we arrived in town at the start of a very nasty cold/flu illness we’d picked up on a cruise a few days before. The apartment was perfectly suited to help us rest and recover. Great stay at William's with our three children. Perfect welcome, William is very attentive. Very good tips on activities to do near the accommodation (walking, kayaking, village to visit...).
