Beachfront vacation rentals in Vodnjan

The apartment on the first floor was beautiful and very spacious – exactly as described. Particularly practical was the parking space right on the property, right outside the door, which made loading and unloading super convenient. The beach is within minutes walking distance, and the area is wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, so we could cook without any problems. Everything was clean and well maintained, we felt completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended, we'll be happy to come back!

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and kind, I was very satisfied with my stay, I highly recommend this accommodation. The host was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location of the accommodation was great, convenient for reaching the main beaches.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

We would like to thank our hosts, Vlatka and Andreas, for the warm welcome. We felt truly cared for during our stay and appreciated the many helpful recommendations on which beaches to visit. The accommodation was lovely — we especially enjoyed the terrace and small garden, all on one level with no stairs, which made everything comfortable and accessible. We took advantage of the paddle board and kayak rentals, which added many beautiful memories to our trip. The area is peaceful, and the walk to the sea — about 10 minutes downhill along a road — was easy even with small children. One of our favorite moments was relaxing on the terrace in the evening, under a sky full of stars, with the fresh summer air and complete tranquility. We would love to return one day. We truly felt at home.

The location is what stood out for us! This apartment is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Being able to walk around old town was the best and Maja was super friendly and provided great tips on where to eat. The steps leading up to the apartment provided a great workout.

Nice little apartment with an exceptional location. Fantastic view of Volosko harbor. Nearby restaurants, bars. 15 minutes walk from Opatija on a beachfront boardwalk. The promenade is beautiful. The host is kind, helpful. We received all the information during our stay. We'll definitely be back!

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic 9-day stay at Boba's little paradise in Peroj. The highlight for us was how pet-friendly the place is - our three dogs had the whole yard to run around in, and the nearby dog-friendly beach was a huge plus. It's not easy to find such welcoming accommodations for pets, so we truly appreciated it. Boba and her family were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even treating us to some delicious local food and drink. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Boba's place for anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly getaway.

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Natasha´s place during the beginning/low season. We found it very peaceful, clean, well taken care of. Natasha is a great host, caring. The place is ideal for families or groups of friends as there are more apartments. Recommending!

the hostess was very friendly, helpful and always available. we were even allowed to stay in the accommodation several hours in advance and also longer on the day of departure. the accommodation is very large and has very good facilities, especially in the kitchen. both Pula and the beaches are easily accessible. a supermarket is within walking distance in 2 min. the private pool was great and our son liked it very much. definitely highly recommended :)

Wonderfully quiet village, everything within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurants). Within 10 minutes on the beach (for which you get a parking pass from Davor) and in Rovinj. Beautiful centrally located in Istria. If you are looking for tranquility and want to get away from the busy tourist spots, you are in the right place. Before, it is available daily for maintenance at the garden, etc., and is always available for questions or a chat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back!

Nice hosts, the pool was always clean, about 10 min walk to the beach, a baker and a kiosk on the beach Apartment was very nice, small but nice, everything you need was available I'd love to come back.

We felt very comfortable at Dorijano's! We were warmly welcomed and greeted with freshly baked cake. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the beautiful terrace and pool are wonderful. The apartment is very quiet and only 10 minutes' walk from the beach and also for shopping you only need 1 minute by car. We can highly recommend this place. Thank you, we had a nice time!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

Very nicely decorated, peaceful, private apartment in a beautiful fjord. Loved the beach bar a short walk down the road.

Stoja is really comfortable and quiet as an area, by car you can get to the center of Pula in 7/8 minutes. We preferred to travel by bus because it is very practical: in a maximum of 12/13 minutes you get to the central stop (Giardini 3 p&r stop), having a rechargeable card (which Bernarda had already left on the table with about 7 euros inside😍) each trip costs only €0.90. The stop is one minute from the apartment. Also nearby is the Max City shopping center and a bakery. The beach is a minute's walk away and is wonderful. 😍 Of course, it is rocky, but almost like all the beaches here. There is little to say about the apartment, small but beautiful. The veranda and the garden overlooking the sea are very suggestive, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and we also used the washing machine. Bernarda, her husband and little Dotty are really kind and helpful. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts and hope to see them again ❤️

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

Suzana is an excellent, attentive super hostess. Everything you need and even more (umbrella, iron…) is available. There was a cool bottle of white wine in the fridge. On the kitchen table were fruit and chocolate and cherries from the garden. In general, the garden and access to the sea are beautiful. The apartment is simply recommended.

The apartment is ideally laid out, practically and tastefully furnished and the kitchen is also well equipped (with particularly high-quality pots and even a Jamie Oliver pan). There was plenty of storage space everywhere and plenty of storage space. In the entrance area there was even a hallway wardrobe. Many pieces of furniture are new and the bathroom with walk-in shower is freshly renovated and tastefully and practically designed. From the spacious living-dining and kitchen area, you can access the large terrace, from which you have an equally wonderful sea view as from the living-dining area. The apartment is directly opposite the church, next to which we were able to park well. The bells also ring only 3 times a day, at 7.30 am, at 12.00 pm and at 7.00 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marija's place and had a relaxing vacation. If the bed in the bedroom rocks and groans too much, you can switch to the sofa bed in the living room.

The house is beautifully situated in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

We booked Danijela's place for a short trip to Pula and the surrounding area. The welcome was very friendly and warm. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for 4 people. Pula is about 20-30 minutes by car. Cape Kamenjak can also be visited wonderfully from there. We liked the beach in Peroj and also the pizzeria on site. In 2 minutes' walk to the small supermarket, the fruit stand and the bakery! Really highly recommended!
