Our traditional istrian stone house is renovated 2020. In front of the house you will find a large covered terrace wich is ideal for relaxing and preparing grilled meals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Villa Leny

Villa Leny is located in the peaceful village of Majmajola, near Vodnjan, in southern Istria. It is a single-story house that provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, making it an ideal choice for families or smaller groups of friends. The nearest beach is in the tourist village of Peroj, about 11 kilometers from the villa, while shops and restaurants are available within a 3 to 4-kilometer range.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
