You have to be prepared to climb stairs with old building ceiling height on the 4 floors. But once you get to the top, it's definitely worth it! The apartment is beautiful – very large, bright, and really superbly equipped.

We loved the apartment. Clean, tidy, and very well equipped. Location was very central, few meters to well-stocked grocery store and baker, yet very quiet. A good starting point for activities of all kinds. The communication with Claudia was great, check in and out without any problems.

Place was even nicer than on the pictures. Very friendly communication and nice and calm place.

We are in love with Britta and Thomas's cute apartment. The reception was very friendly, Britta was waiting for us in front of the house. There was even a garage for our car. The apartment is sugar-sweet, sparkling clean and very tastefully decorated and even prettier than in the photos. The location is central and yet very quiet, so we found the necessary rest and slept better than we have in a long time. The amenities are all that your heart desires. As a welcome, there was a very good bottle of red wine. If you have any questions, Thomas and Britta answer very, very quickly and the recommendations for excursions and restaurants were great. Very friendly and proactive communication with all important information for arrival, parking, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very close to the center of the horse market. The pedestrian zone, Caro, the swimming center and numerous shopping are within walking distance. A long-established Greek place is in the same building. I can recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back on my next Aurich visit.

the apartment was very nice and well taken care of. We had a problem with the radiators, but Tonnis tried to solve it as quickly as possible.

Very nice place, we felt immediately comfortable. Everything is high quality and practically furnished, furniture and pictures are tasteful, there are beautiful and special lamps everywhere. We had a lot of spices, oil and our own knives with us, that would not have been necessary. Irene was extremely friendly and helpful. These were very special days for us, thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

Just VERY nice. Stylish, lot of Space, nicely decorated.... Big oak tablet made us feeling as at home. And the village is also nice, windmill in the backyard... We wish we had more time to spent there, but it was our "base camp" for Ameland expedition.

I was in the apartment all of November. It was very bright and sunny and well appointed. With the small vacuum cleaner, the floors could also be kept dust-free for house dust allergy sufferers, much better than with the initially only available broom. I would have been very happy about a bedside table with a lamp, but the bedside lamp was immediately procured when I asked for it. Ralf takes really great care. If he is not on site, he organizes help from the immediate neighborhood.

Host was very kind. Surroundings very nice, apartment as shown in the pictures. Bright, friendly, very clean. We spent Easter here. It was great.

Great apartment, central location. A lot is within walking distance, alternatively the ZOB/train station is not far. The hosts are very friendly and have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable from the beginning.

The accomodation is located in a wonderful and silent neighborhood. The apartement was clean, very well equipped and cosy. The owners were friendly, Christel was quick to react if needed. We had a lovely stay and would gladly return.

We stayed for a short 2 days to visit the open day at Meppel NHLstenden with our daughter. It was a perfect place to stay, in the middle of the city where we could walk to everything. Convenient parking garage just a block away. Place looked just like in the pictures, very colorful and quirky.
