Thanks to the hedge that separates the property from the neighbors, you can enjoy a very private holiday in the garden. The southwest-facing terraces offer ample space for relaxing hours in the sun and fun barbecue evenings.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

If you don't feel like cooking at the end of your day, I'd be happy to do it for you! I also want to make breakfast for you while you enjoy the morning sun and the chirping of the birds. There is a shower and toilet in the farmhouse 20 steps away for your own use.
