A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

Gorgeous house with great and high-quality equipment. We were there with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby and there was nothing missing. Very many children's games were available, high chair, crib, fall-out protection for the bed, Bollerwagen etc. Good and fast communication. Unfortunately, not everything was really clean when we arrived, as there was a dog in the house in front of us, but a cleaner was sent by immediately. The house is highly recommended for families!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the apartment. It was all as described and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped and offers everything you need to relax. We will be happy to come back. ☺️

The apartment is wonderful! All conceivable amenities are provided. Even a milk frother is available. The sauna is great and its operation is self-explanatory. The area is beautiful and the lake with its sandy beach is also suitable for digging tours in autumn.

Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

Very nice and clean apartment with extremely friendly staff. Whether in advance or during the stay, communication was always reliable and very appreciative. Thank you for that. We can only recommend this place.

Highly recommended! It is very clean and cozy!!! The sauna is now a small highlight for relaxation in winter. Unfortunately, a crib doesn't fit into the big bedroom, so we had to organize a little differently But no reason not to come back:)

What an incredibly beautiful place was Hof Roehsmann, we did not expect to end up in such a beautiful characteristic location, the warm welcome and the nice tour, the animals, the space, the play opportunities and playgrounds for the children, the sparkling clean house, the 2 bathrooms, the friendliness and helpfulness of Rita, we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the wonderful days! We have enjoyed it!

The place was way better than the pictures. Super nice game space. Very large. The pool table was a hit. Everything you needed was there. Sauna is with plunge pool. Everything was neat. Nice extra that there were horses and could pet. Quiet area but with all the facilities you don't necessarily have to leave the cottage. We would recommend it or definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay (albeit short), the place was so quirky and cool, the kids loved the pool (which is very large!). The family were really friendly and gave some great recommendations of where to shop, eat and for days out. A great stay!

Staying in the artfully furnished little house was a very good experience. Thea and Gerard are great hosts, very friendly and relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast prepared by Thea was fantastic, the best we've had in a long time. Strongly recommended!

Had a lovely two night stay at Barbara's place! The wooden house is very spacious and super cosy, also thanks to the two lovely cats and the fire place. We used the sauna in the garden and loved it. Barbara is a very friendly host. Would definitely come back.

The communication was great, the place was more than large enough and the soul is much better after the weekend there. Highly recommended.

A really nice and calm house. Everything is well thought out and well equipped. In the kitchen you will find almost everything you need if you want to cook for yourself. Bathroom is bright, friendly and clean We didn't use the sauna, but it looked inviting. Living area with fireplace very cozy. Firewood and accessories were present. Bedrooms are sufficiently large with ample storage space. Mattresses have promised us. The cleanliness was impeccable in the entire house Not everything is 100% childproof (sockets, stairs), but we were aware of that beforehand. Cribs/chairs were great. The garden is huge and simple (wild meadow). If you were to do this a little nicer, the house would be perfect. Parking with two cars in front of the door no problem. More is going to be difficult. The surroundings are quite. Greetsiel can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. Check-in and check-out very relaxed with lockbox. We will be happy to come back. Thank you :)

it was nice to communicate with the host from start to finish. she responded quickly if we had any questions. the cottage was nice and tidy. wonderfully quiet and the facilities were perfect. we enjoyed it.

We stayed with friends on a bike tour. Accommodation is optimal and wonderfully located to explore the area by bikes. Points very good. Trip to Papenburg with shipyard sightseeing highly recommended. Offer of restaurants/places in Geeste and the nearby area unfortunately not very large.
