The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

Apartment with lots of privacy near the city center

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
