The monumental farms and the streets lined with cobblestones and old bricks give the village a nostalgic atmosphere. There is a lot to experience in and around Orvelte, art and culture and plenty of recreation. In short, a wonderful location, centrally located in beautiful Drenthe, to get away from it all.

Right in the center of Winsum , according to the ANWB the most beautiful village in the Netherlands, is our B&B De creaking wagons. In the back of our garden, 2 converted gypsy wagons and 2 wagons are available as accommodation. They can be booked both separately and together. We converted the creaking wagons ourselves into B&B. So don't expect a top finish, but all the amenities are there. We serve an extensive breakfast to our guests in the morning with enough to make another packed lunch.

Bright large room in characteristic building

This is the master bedroom of our characteristic property. A large bright room with beautiful views and light from two sides. There is a sitting area, large table, coffee and tea facilities, t.v, reading lights by the bed and the couch. You can possibly borrow our bleutooth speaker. The bathroom, as well as the separate toilet you just have to share with any guests of the pink room. The rooms are located on the floor. You have to be on your feet, the stairs do not have a handrail.

Landgoedboerderij Oosterheerdt has a Bed & Breakfast, where you can stay for a short or longer period of time. A maximum of 10-minute walk from Europapark station and a 20-minute walk from central station. Bus stop and shops/supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The spacious single room (about 20 m2) has a coffee maker and an electric kettle. Good for short stay. The bathroom and toilet are shared with the residents: Siska and Christian from 17.

A little bit of information in advance. When booking with 2 people, only 1 room is prepared at a time. The 2nd bedroom only comes from the 3rd person. If 2 people want to sleep separately, that's also possible. However, the price for 2 people and the use of 2 bedrooms is a little higher.
