Der Schalderer Bach sprudelt vor dem Haus, die Vögel zwitschern in den Baumkronen und Sie genießen einen traumhaften Blick auf die Plose. Genießen Sie die wohltuende Ruhe, fernab von Touristenströmen, aber trotzdem gut an die Stadt angebunden. Die vier Suiten befinden sich im ersten Stock des Gebäudes und überzeugen mit einer gemeinsam nutzbaren Sauna samt Ruheraum und Dusche.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The Gitschberg Jochtal Almencard ist included in the price.

Our Kernhof is idyllically located, a wonderfully quiet place, away from transit traffic and yet central for excursions to the mountains, or to the nearby bishop's town of Bressanone. In our park there are many ways to play and linger (children's playground, football, volleyball, table tennis, trampoline). On request, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the holiday guesthouse "Zummüllerhof" right next to it. In summer, we host weekly barbecues.

The Gitsch apartment at Plattnerhof Viums, 54 m² for 4-6 people, offers 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a panoramic balcony. Equipped with a private stone pine sauna, located in the quiet village of Fiumes, 10 km from Bressanone and the highway, in the heart of South Tyrol. The farm has dogs, cats, and goats. Access to seasonal pool (June to August), garden, and farmhouse tavern.
