Apartment with great location. You can get a lot done without a car. The view is very beautiful. The place was very tidy and clean. Very smelling and clean bedding. Very attentive host with great communication. We really liked it!

Everything is in order, second time I've stayed.

We especially loved the location, I would definitely come back. The apartment is very nice. It seems that the view brings peace into the house. I suggested changing the room fan that had a broken foot. Some kitchen utensils are in need of renewal, they are worn out. The beds are normal size, and the air-conditioning worked very well, one of the bathrooms was very small.

we had a great stay! The apartment is small but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's concierge is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. Oh, and we could also walk to the mall. Great locale. We felt at home!

The apartment matches the photos. It faces the beach and is cozy. Renata as a host is wonderful (proactive, always responds quickly and gives tips on places in the region). It's worth it.

I went with my partner and we loved the place. Very nice, cozy, extremely kind building staff, quiet neighborhood with necessary shops very close by, within walking distance. The view from the apartment's balcony and terrace are impressive. We highly recommend and intend to return soon.

The property is exactly as advertised, we found it clean and well-maintained. Contact with Cláudia is always very fast and cordial. It was my third experience and I was satisfied.

The stay at Prisciane's apartment was perfect. I felt at home! Everything was clean, the bedding smelled good, a pleasant space and with great air circulation. The entire house was well equipped and no detail was missing. Another important point is the location. Close to everything! I recommend it!

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

Our stay at Márcia's was simply wonderful! From the beginning, she was an exceptional host — super attentive, kind and always willing to respond to our messages quickly. We received several recommendations for places to visit, which made all the difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, airy, very well equipped and lovingly cared for. We had complete peace of mind at check-in and check-out, everything was very organized. In addition, both Marcia and her husband received us with contagious sympathy. It was an amazing experience and we definitely want to go back. We recommend with eyes closed!

Raquel responded promptly to messages! As we arrived on Labor Day, we already knew that we would not have a market nearby, but we forgot spices and she promptly arranged to help us. The property's location is perfect, you can do everything on foot. Nearby gym, pharmacies, beverage store, bars and restaurants. The house is just like the pictures, perfect for large groups. And everything in the house served us very well. We were a group of 9 people.

look , the place is beautiful, Mary's house is very beautiful too , spacious ,cozy,clean , in each corner you feel a little of her family's experience in place, I loved the decoration, the photos, the furniture ... Mary always very attentive , requests , and understanding , is a wonderful place to rest , listening to the sea in the silence of the night was an amazing experience, I and my family recommend for sure ❤️

Cida is kindness in person. The place, which I already knew from having gone to a party, is exactly as described. I arranged with her to have my birthday party (an arraiá) and it was perfect! The house has a covered area (with a game room) that was perfect, even for a rainy day, to enjoy the space and the party. The place is gorgeous! We just need to get there and start getting things ready for the party. We rented a whole weekend and Cida was very kind and flexible with check-in and checkout times. In addition, the house is in a very quiet place. Having breakfast in this backyard to the sound of birds and the rest of nature is a gift! On the day of the party, it rained. But the next day, the day of the house delivery, I was able to contemplate this delicious moment in this beautiful and cozy backyard. Peace, a rest for the soul. Finally, an excellent space to combine the useful with the pleasant (rest and events, for example). I intend to repeat!

Thank you Amanda for renting us is a wonderful home. The house had everything, good location and great access to many places. Already our second Carnival in Guarapari-ES and this was the best of all, not only for the house but for all the help that Amanda and her husband gave us.

Mr. Marcos has a great place! Very comfortable, close to everything. Very attentive, providing support for questions and great recommendations for places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... I highly recommend the space.

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Apartment with great location, (close to the Picadeiro buffet), restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, everything is very close to the apartment, with great value for the money.

I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.

Excellent AP, very nice place, wonderful view of the beach. Vinícius was very attentive from the reservation to checkout. I recommend it. I'll be back more often.
