Kitnet in Jardim da Penha

A family lives in the house and we have a room with a bathroom and kitchen available. A studio apartment! Your entrance to the space is independent. There is a double bed, table with stools, minibar, sink, microwave, TV, bathroom with shower. The house is very cool. No noise is allowed after 10 p.m. Under no circumstances will people other than guests be allowed to enter. Before you book, talk to me! Ask questions. The room is exactly like the picture!
