Super quiet place, we slept with the sound and the sea breeze, the lagoon is also super close and a delight to enjoy both day and night, the house is well equipped and very comfortable, Paulo and Andressa were very dear and helped us with everything we needed, a very good couple that we will carry in our hearts! We recommend it 100% and hope to return!

Ana Paula was super helpful from before the date of the trip, always very attentive and helpful in her responses. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very clean and cozy. The location is easily accessible, which made it a lot easier. The nearby beach is not suitable for swimming, but the lagoon behind the house is delightful, a peaceful setting. It was a very pleasant experience!

We were in a group of 6 people for a weekend in Vila Velha. Host Sônia was extremely attentive, worrying about our wellbeing throughout the stay. As we checked in, she greeted us with a snack and explained to us everything we needed to know about the location. The house is clean, organized and located between Vila Velha and Guarapari. In addition, we had a great experience. I recommend it 100%.

The three-story house features a modern design with large windows on each level, allowing for natural light. A smooth concrete exterior contrasts with the greenery surrounding the property, while pine trees stand tall nearby. The entrance is framed by a modest, low wall.

Triplex with a view of the beach

Our stay at Arielly's apartment at Ponta da Fruta was simply wonderful! The place is super comfortable, well equipped and cozy, perfect for relaxing. The township that went with me was delighted with the structure and the care in the details. I highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Great apartment, super new and organized, had all the kitchen items, electric pot, sandwich maker, Airfryer, kettle… and even a sun guard, beach chairs. Comfortable and clean rooms, it has air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room too, impeccable. Excellent location in a prime area of Vila Velha next to the beach, and close to everything, pharmacy, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets. Bebel is a super attentive host, extremely friendly and pleasant. Note 10/10, I hope to return other times!

Apartment 850 meters from Itaparica Beach

Although the apartment is in a simpler condominium it is excellent. Very clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The location is excellent. As our goal was to enjoy a Beach we were walking. There is a supermarket, pharmacy and even a fair in the square. The host is also very kind and helpful. I loved the stay. I'll definitely be back and recommend it.

The stay was wonderful! We felt at home, not least because we took our 10-month-old baby, who loves to play on the floor, and it was a sensational experience! The host is always so kind and quick to respond to the messages. Not to mention that the apartment's location allows easy access to the beach, bars, bakery and supermarket. Sure, we'll be back!

The apartment is great , cozy, the hosts are very attentive, took care when it was all organized and put themselves on standby for what they needed during their stay. The apartment is well located, close to the beach, with supermarkets nearby. And a great stay, I highly recommend it.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with a floral-patterned duvet and coordinating pillowcases. Light enters through a sliding glass door, which leads to a small balcony. A simple bedside lamp is visible beside the bed, enhancing the room's functionality.

Exclusive Suite with Sea View.

The Vitor space is very well located, with good bed and a great shower. Vitor is an excellent host, very available and a nice person to live with. He has given me several tips for all the segments available in the city. At another time, I will definitely return.
