Vacation rentals with a patio in Vitória

Everything went as planned, the accommodation delivers everything that is described, excellent location, very friendly building staff, easy access to the beach, market, shops.

I thought it was very good. The beach in front is very busy, but there are two others on the same shore further ahead. Shopping right in front, just across the street, super quiet location, swimming pool, sauna and barbecue area.

Patrícia is an excellent host, very easy communication, practical, flexible, I loved the beautiful cozy apartment and she is very helpful!

My stay was wonderful, I felt at home due to the familiarity and I recommend it to those who are looking to be close to the beach but also want to be close to the city, Stela is very helpful with the questions that arise, in addition to the explanations and guidance in the accommodation ❤️☺️ for those who are looking at the listing and have questions, I recommend seeing the space, but I am already warning you that you will want to return to this accommodation, haha, 🤣 it is impossible not to fall in love, every detail is very visible and all the welcoming affection that is present in the apartment

I was very pleased with the stay. The location is excellent, with a market and shops nearby, which makes everyday life much easier. The house was clean and everything worked well. For those who like to cook, I missed some basic items in the kitchen, which can make a difference for those who want to prepare meals frequently. Overall, a great option in Vila Velha!

The house is excellent, much better than in the photos (we were pleasantly surprised), there are 3 great bedrooms (one of them a suite) and it is very well located. Mayra is an excellent person too, she was very helpful in making our check-in flexible and always provided us with everything we needed, including things that were not even her obligation, one of us forgot a charger and she quickly found it and informed us and offered to send it by mail. I recommend it to everyone and if we return to Vitória we will probably stay with her again. This house is a rare find, and so is the host!

The house is excellent, very well-equipped, new and well-maintained furniture, extremely clean and leftover bedding, kitchen all equipped with utensils and appliances. The house is very close to the beach, supermarket, bakery and playgrounds for children. The hosts are very polite and helpful, I would definitely rent the house again.

We went in a class of 13 adults and 02 children and we simply love the house, every description corresponds to the house and its accommodations. The house was perfect for our stay, we intend to return soon. The hosts are considerate and kind, our class loved staying for 6 days at this home that is a true paradise.

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. The apartment is perfect: great collon , clean bed clothes and excellent air-conditioning. Equipped box. Location : You can go to the beach,bakery ,supermarket without using a car. For those with a child, it is also interesting because it is close to Praia da Sereia . The hospitality and sympathy of Nathalia and her father , Mr.Ricardi ,only complete the perfect setting! I miss you already!
