My stay at Kenia's apartment was simply impeccable! The property has the best features and is exactly as shown in the photos – or even better. The flat was extremely clean and cozy, with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The sheets and towels were super clean and smelling, which made all the difference. For those who have a allergy to dust or rhinitis, you can rest easy! I am extremely allergic and did not have any reaction during my stay. In addition, the apartment is well airy and offers a surreal view of beautiful! The condominium also has several incredible amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna and gym, which make the experience even better. The staff are very cordial and friendly, always helpful. Another great differential is the location, which is close to several commercial points, bringing even more practicality for everyday life. I just have to thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful carnival between friends, family and children. The house is great: spacious, airy, well-equipped, comfortable. Delicious leisure area. Gilceia is very hospitable and was super flexible during check-in and check-out times. The beach in front of the house has an amazing view, the sea is brave but it is great for walking.

Good stay. Clean place with good location, but it can be noisy tb, since it is close to the bridge.

The stay was great, we felt at home, the sunrise is the most beautiful I have ever seen,😍 much more beautiful in person than in the photos. You could hear the sea every day and night, we slept watching the ships and planes going to land at the airport 🤭 I thought it was great that the apartment's bathroom was renovated and new because the building itself is old. And the beach chairs they had available were also very useful, because we didn't need to rent them on the beach. The building's pool is also a delight, very clean. And Vinícius always responded quickly and was very kind allowing us to extend the checkout 👍 Anyway, nothing to complain about

It was our first experience using Airbnb, and we couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment exceeded our expectations; very well located, extremely clean, organized and with a cozy atmosphere. Even without air conditioning, the natural ventilation is excellent and provides a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. The staff of the building were always very friendly and polite, which made the stay even quieter. And Felipe deserves a special highlight: always attentive, helpful and available to help us with any need. Without a doubt, we would stay again and recommend with our eyes closed!

Great place, very well located, very good condominium. Marcos has 3 beach chairs, a sun umbrellas and a small cooler, utensils that helped us a lot. Full and very neatly tidy apartment. I recommend it!

Great host. Great location. Stayed for 3 weeks. Loved listening to the sound of the waves from anywhere in apartment. Beautiful beach. Loved riding the rental scooters right across from the apartment and rode for 9 miles. Close to airport, shops, supermarket, and attractions. The parking space is very tight but conveniently located immediately upon entering the garage. Gustavos was very attentive and replied to our questions immediately. He even brought clean sheets for us half way through our stay, and allowed us access to the cleaning products that were locked in a cabinet. Having the washing machine and clothe line to dry our clothes makes it very convenient for travelers who do not want to pack a lot of clothes. The air conditioner in both bedrooms and having two bathrooms were also a plus. Lots of TV channels in English and Portuguese were also a plus, though we were too busy having a great time to have been able to watch TV. I highly recommend this place!

Very good! All very organized! It has everything to feel at home!!! For sure if I need to search and make a reservation, the impeccable Limpesa had more things I imagined (kitchen utensils) a very dynamic and up-to-date Ap. The super receptive host, left us with no doubts, patched up how we should proceed when the day of check-in arrived, responds very quickly, and it's very quiet.

Functional apartment with everything you need, decorated with incredible good taste that makes it extremely cozy. Delicious bed with first-class linen, large and soft bath towels. Perfect place to spend many amazing days... not to mention the pampering. My husband and I just love it. Thank you, Rúbia, congratulations on everything.

I often travel to Vila Velha and know the region well, the location is great, the place is quiet, well-equipped apartment and with good utensils. perfect accommodation for a couple. We had great support from hosts who were always helpful in our inquiries. If I return to Vila Velha without my children, I will certainly stay there, in case it is available. It was quite worthwhile
