We loved our stay at Alison’s home. It was beautiful and spacious, just as described and show in the photos. Alison was very friendly and responsive. We were missing some essentials and she sent us same day delivery groceries plus some Easter treats! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect property for a family in Indian Wells. House was exactly as described - even came with a pack and play and high chair, which I didn’t realize would be available. The pool & hot tub were confusing to heat at first, but Megan was so wonderful and responsive to all our questions until we figured it out. Nice quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just minutes away. If you’re traveling with a group, and especially with any kiddos, I definitely recommend this location!

We stayed here during Coachella festival and it was perfect for our group. 10 min cab to the festival and super close to local restaurants/supermarkets/coffee shops. We loved it!!

Staying at Casa Cosmos was such a wonderful and unique experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The attention to detail in every corner of the house is incredible—it’s clear a lot of love and care went into creating this space. The welcome gift and the handwritten note were such a sweet and personal touch—it really made us feel so warmly welcomed. Everything was spotless and beautifully arranged, and the information provided made it super easy to settle in and run the house smoothly. The pool was absolutely amazing—perfect for relaxing during the day—and we had so much fun with all the games available. The mattresses were also incredibly comfortable, and we all slept so well! Casa Cosmos is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and charm.

We really enjoyed staying at Kathryn's place. The pool and hot tub were wonderful once we understood how they worked. Kathryn was responsive to all our questions. The beds were comfortable, and nights were quiet in the neighborhood. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We had a great stay and highly recommend Kathryn's place.

Absolutely loved our stay at Frank’s place! From the moment we checked in, Frank went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. He gave us a personal walkthrough over the phone, guiding us through the house, explaining how to operate the spa and pool, and even pointing out the game closet—such a thoughtful touch! The home itself was spotless, and it’s clear Frank takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. Every detail was considered to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a stress-free, relaxing getaway with a fantastic host, this is the place! We can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again. We had such a great weekend at this Airbnb! The pool and hot tub were amazing and clean, with beautiful views of the desert. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful !

I was really impressed with Davids home. It was spotless inside and stocked with everything you need. If you stay please take into consideration that you are in the desert which means it is very dusty outside which includes the pool! We enjoyed our stay and will plan to rebook if we come back to town!

We chose this house for a small family vacation. We all enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub, and the beautiful views for miles. We would book this home again in the future!

Super stylish, very Palm Springs mid century modern! loved the interior design and the landscaped garden and pool. the Cabana was very cool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Only comment we would make is that the house is under the airport flight path and is noisy during the day. Even with that observation, we look forward to staying here again.

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

We absolutely loved staying in this Airbnb. It was super clean, it had everything we needed and it is very close to Joshua tree national park. The only thing that would make it 100% perfect would be some shades for the bedroom windows, we awoke very early because of the sun ;) Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s slice of desert paradise! The reality was even better than the listing; it felt like we had our own private desert compound. The beds were comfortable with soft, cozy linens and we all fell in love with the big, comfy couch! The location could not have been more convenient for access to JTNP, but the view from the front porch almost made a day of hiking unnecessary. The bedrooms are limited on bureau storage and hangers, so keep that in mind if you’re going with a large group who would prefer to not live out of their suitcases. However, all other amenities were as promised and totally sufficient for our stay. This is a truly special property and we so enjoyed our time together there. Thank you!

The stay here was perfect! Suzette was very helpful when we needed and we found it to be very comfortable and private. The location is spot on and I definitely recommend Suzette’s place in your search for a Palm Spring’s getaway!

Our host was very helpful every step of the way! He communicated daily to see if we need anything and even sent the pool company to help us when the pool heat wasn’t working. The house is the perfect set up for our family. Everyone had privacy and yet we had beautiful spaces to gather. We loved the proximity to the park, restaurants & shopping and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Shane for making our family vacation so memorable!!

We were in town for a girls trip and absolutely loved staying here. The house is in the perfect location; convenient to downtown yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle that this place was a quiet oasis. The beds are extremely comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom attached. Tony, the property manager, was INCREDIBLE. So helpful, kind, and responsive. He knew we were getting into town earlier in the day and made it possible for us to check in early, which was so appreciated. 10/10 would recommend Lone Palm House and already trying to figure out when I can come back with my family.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Palm Springs Airbnb during Coachella weekend! The location was super convenient—just a short drive to the festival, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peaceful mornings and relaxing downtime. The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor space were definitely highlights—perfect for pre-festival hangs and post-festival wind-downs. Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. Honestly, this place made our Coachella weekend even more memorable. This is our second time staying here and we love the sun room, pool and giant back yard. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. You can’t beat the location. So close to everything and fun to walk around and see all the beautiful houses, gates and colorful doors.

Quiet neighborhood with sun in the afternoon on the deck. The rental was clean and the exactly as described. It is conveniently located near grocery restaurants and the main arteries. Good communication with the owner and pool is crystal clear. We would come back for sure.

My friends and I stayed at this place for Coachella weekend. It has excellent amenities (kitchen supplies, enough towels for everyone). They also provide parking inside the garage in case you feel sketched out leaving your car in the street during the night. It is spacious and centrally located in PS. The backyard felt like a little oasis. It was on the pricier end, but it was Coachella weekend, so they took advantage of the high demand for the space. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting PS over the weekend.

Sebastien's place was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable! the outdoor space with the pool and hot tub were also so lovely. It was also a quiet and peaceful area, but conveniently located in Palm Springs. We hope to return soon!

Everything what we had hoped for during our stay at Palm Spings. Clean, good beds, basic kitchen amenities and a nice pool.

We’ve stayed at a few other houses in Palm Springs through AIRBNB and this was by far our favorite. It was exactly as described: great layout, super clean, full of amenities, lovely pool and hot tub, and came complete with responsive and helpful hosts. We’ve had pretty mixed experiences before this house, including hosts who “forgot” to mention their house was under the flight path of the airport, broken jacuzzis, and even hot water issues… but this experience was all positive. We hope to return!
