The large storage closet on the garage level houses chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart for taking your belongings to the sand. The Sanctuary complex has three pools (one is oceanfront), two gyms, multiple outdoor grills and eating areas next to pool, and NEW for 2026: Sanctuary Arcade! Pool open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates and hours are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. This means that although you are but a bike ride away from the hustle and bustle of the Boardwalk, you also have the beach to yourself in a quiet neighborhood setting- best of both worlds right? We certainly think so! My grandma built this home in the 1960's and my husband and have called it home for over a decade. Come enjoy your stay at the beach at our home!

This penthouse is on the 6th floor of the Days Inn Motel and is across the street from the beach. Enjoy the pool (mid April-Sept) and gym on the 1st floor. It's located in the resort, close to many activites,shops and restaurants. Beach Coffee downstairs makes the best Avocado toast and Acia bowls and of course coffee! Il Giardino Ristorante is next door and offers upscale Italian dining. Bike/surrey rentals are close by and enjoyed along the oceanfront on the bike path.

Ocean Escape, 4th floor condo in the luxuriously upscale Sanctuary Resort at False Cape in Virginia Beach, Virginia, breathtaking views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay and is a leisurely 100 step stroll to the beautiful beach and surf.
