We enjoyed our stay at this location. The beautiful expansive water views were calming and pleasant. The amount of water fowl was amazing and we put our ornithological skills to the test, identifying the many herons, egrets and other birds we saw right outside our window. With sliding glass doors on both the first and second level, there were options to sit both inside and outside for the view. A most enjoyable stay!

Great location close to the beach and lots of things to do. Also quiet and walkable. The room is cozy and the view is amazing. We would absolutely stay again!

Tricia was responsive and very accommodating. It was a pleasure and a breeze to stay at her space. It was clean and stocked with all baby amenities like toys crib and highchair. It was close to the beach and to many attractions.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, spacious, and very well maintained—perfect for gathering with family. The beds were comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. A small note for future guests: while the house is overall well-equipped, a few basic essentials like hand soap, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and coffee filters weren’t provided, so you may want to bring those along. That said, the hosts were friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the care they’ve put into the home. Would definitely recommend the space and stay again!

Quinn offers top tier customer service. Clear, concise, consistent communication. Accommodating and pleasant. We arrived at night and the home was well lit and easy to identify. A true “short walk” to the beach. We traveled with our family of 6 and it was just what we needed. There is ample eating space to accommodate family dinner and any meal you wish to prepare; breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The beds are comfy. There’s a portion of the home that was perfect for our teens to hang, but could easily accommodate little ones as well. It allowed for the young people to have their own space and the adults to have our space. The yard is spacious and the firepit and grill are perfect! There were even delicious welcome snacks! Quinn is one of the most gracious host. Responsive and accommodating. We would book Quinn’s space again and again when in the area. Thank you Quinn for making our stay super special.

We had a great family visit at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and whole house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to just hang all day by the pool or top for a sanctuary from a long day of events. Sabrina was very attentive and responsive with questions and situations, appreciate her flexibility as a host!

Beautiful home that VERY comfortably sleeps 8 people. 3 showers too! Our big family stayed here for a wedding. It was awesome to be so close to the beach along a nice strip of town houses. The house had everything we needed, and even laundry. It as clean and beautiful inside. Traci was also an excellent communicator, and getting in/out of the house was a piece of cake. Highly recommend.

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

Great location in Sandbridge! We fished from the dock and launched our paddleboards there too. A very short 5 minute walk to the beach too. While the house was everything we had hoped for, it could use some maintenance and updating to make it even better. The screened porch was missing screens so the bugs swarmed us when we ate. The decks and docks were splintered and could use painted/stained/sealed. Rodica was a great host! Always quick to communicate and help!

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

What a great place to stay. Splash of lime worked great for our group. The house is set up nicely and has lots of storage available. We were lucky enough to get daily visits from the wild horses throughout the day. Martin is an excellent host and responded very quickly to answer any questions we had.

Beverly's home was perfect for our family and situation: family vacation with a 2 year old. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful; access to a very quiet beach is one block away. The aquarium, dolphin tours, and several dockside restaurants are 3 minute drives. The main boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. The home itself was nicer than pictured, and had just about everything we needed, including linens and towels, beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas. The pool was extremely well-designed, and terrific for warm days before/after the beach. The Internet was not the most reliable, and the cable TV would cut out for 3-5 seconds every 30 minutes or so... these may have been attributed to the storms early in our trip Recommendations: 1. Bring a coffee machine or k cup filter for ground coffee (only Keurig is available) 2. Be aware there are plenty of stairs (30) in this 3 story home. Beverly communicated very well, and gave the number of her nextdoor neighbor for any timely needs.

This property was spacious clean and perfect for our yearly family vacation. We chose this house because of the Extra fun activities for the kids. Very helpful to have a pool, games and 3 in 1 and one pool table. Nice quiet neighborhood.

As usual one of the best places to stay when we visit for tournaments. This is our 4th year staying here and it never disappoints. The house, the pool and the beautiful views are unmatched. Our family had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a nicer property. NorthStar was beautifully furnished, clean as a whistle, very well-stocked and is run by a top-notch management company. Grace was proactive and extremely responsive. We will return next summer when the water is warmer. Thanks Grace and all at Oak Realty for a wonderful weekend of memories and allowing us such a nice home to call ours for Memorial Day Weekend 2025!

My family came together for a 3-day stay at Nomad Dunes. It was everyone's 1st time to the OBX. There's 16 of us ranging in age from 9-74! There are 3 levels to this home with sleeping areas on all levels which was great for us. I think we used every entertaining and relaxing spot in this house!! You can see the ocean from the top floor and it truly is easy enough to walk to the beach or hop in the car and drive back and forth. Having the pool was perfect for our family. It is about 5ft deep at most so all the kids could access the pool without worry. And the hot tub was VERY popular with our group! Hardly anyone picked up a phone or devise other than to take photos or videos and we watched one movie. The drive on the beach to get to the home was a LOT more than we expected!! Videos do not do this justice. It's long, and bumpy, and feels out of control at times. SHOP beforehand!! Beds and furnishings are comfy and pretty. I suggest mentioning if you plan to use the bunks and sofa bed.

We traveled to Norfolk with our 2 young children and dog, the house couldn't have been better. Everything we needed was provided, including high chair and pack-n-play. We loved being able to travel to the zoo, aquarium, carousel, and great nearby library while we dealt with the rain and unfortunate beach closure. However, we were able to use the convenient beach access provided by the hosts and it was a great alternative. Great communication from the hosts and comfortable stay. Echo what others said about the road noise and construction but we came prepared thanks to the other reviews with blackout curtains and white noise machines.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the decor! There was no need to leave the house if we didn't want to due to the movies, records, stereo system, arcade machine and hot tub! But, my personal favorite was the kitchen! We will definitely be going back and staying at Adam's!! Side Note: The Legos are AMAZING!

Absolutely loved the home and the whole experience! Our only issue was in our arrival and not being aware that high tide would impact when you should attempt getting to the house. More information regarding the tide schedule and if the roads within the houses are accessible would be very helpful. Recommendation to stop at the grocery store before you each the beach access road and what types of things are not supplied at the house would be good, too. Overall we were so very pleased with our stay and Misty was great when we needed her. I would absolutely recommend this house to my friends and family and would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Great Escape. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The amenities were perfect and the beach is just a short walk with easy access. Our stay at this place was absolutely incredible! The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking 360-degree views that greeted us every morning and evening. It was truly a slice of paradise! The property’s dog-friendly policy was a big plus for us, allowing our furry friends to join in on the vacation fun! The accommodation was not only pet-friendly but also exceptionally well stocked. From kitchen essentials to beach gear, everything we needed was conveniently available, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat. The combination of stunning views, pet-friendly amenities and thoughtful provisions made our stay unforgettable! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
