We own the only local live music venue, Easy Wind Farm, and LOVE having our National Touring bands stay at Karen's home! The musicians feel so relaxed in the country setting, and get to enjoy some much needed quiet time. There is plenty of indoor space and the outdoor space is a treasure! The view at this place is incredible! There was no good access to the water to swim, so for swimming or kayaking we had to climb down and back up across big rocks which was doable for our teenagers, but is something to be aware of for less mobile folks who want to get into the water. But the rest of it was perfect. Nice and private, and very peaceful, and the sunsets...!! Our family enjoyed our time here immensely while we were in the area to work for a week. CK even let us check in a night earlier, at the last minute, for a very reasonable price. The house was a little dusty but very big and adequate for our needs, and the big windows to the water mean you never have to miss a moment of that view even while cooking. Definitely recommend this place.

Cottage is pleasantly decorated to feel homey and still have a water escape feeling. The fire pit located at the house and by the water are very enjoyable. Having a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare dinner made our getaway so much more relaxing. Town stores and local food wasn’t too far away and the drive was scenically calm. We look forward to our next booking at this destination
