House address is 520 Paynes Creek rd. Down dirt road house is to the left. Last house on road. Comfortable cottage at the Rappahannock River. 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and sofa that folds out to a full sized bed in the living room. There is a dock with crab pots to use. And a dock that you can fish from. No pets allowed in house. If caught with a animal at house there will be a $300 pet charge.
