Our house is situated off the Potomac on Hull Creek, which means the water is nice and shallow for little ones to play, and there are plenty of crabs to be caught!

Wow.. where do I start? I have a strict heart healthy diet. Only whole grain products with no dairy, meat, nuts, and oil. Brenda communicated well before the start to make sure her special dinner and breakfast dishes met my requirements. Brenda did a magnificent job. Not were the meals outstanding, the setting for her air b&b is perfect. The Northern Neck is a special place in Virginia. Staying at Brenda’s “Perfect View” in the Northern Neck was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

What a wonderful property! We enjoyed our family gathering at this wonderful property. Our host Jane was accommodating and very helpful. The property is laid out well. The views were beautiful. Being at the end of the road and on a point. You felt like you were on your own small island. All 3 generations enjoyed their time! 12 people and never felt crowded!

This home is a great place to stay! It is completely furnished with everything you need. The kitchen is completely stocked with any seasonings or coffee accessories you need. The home is wonderfully functional for larger families and kids, --lots of nooks and spaces to hang out and enjoy your vacation. My boys and I chose this rental for the kayaking, and we were not disappointed. The equipment was ready to go, and the home has it's own private slip into a beautiful calm river. This is a great home for families and friends to relax, get some time on the water, and spend time with each other. Great value.

Such a perfect end of summer trip as two families of four. We spent almost the entire time outside, using the standup paddle boards at our small private beach, which is less than half a mile from the house and really easy to get to. The kids had so much fun, feeding the pigs and visiting the cows. We brought the kids bikes as all of the little back Roads were really fun to navigate, the kids said they would love to go back! The hosts were excellent, delicious ciders for the adults right next-door and we got ground beef and steaks from them for both the nights We were there to grill out.

My family and I had a great get away. Fishing was great! The house was so nice and cozy. The host was great. I reached out with questions about the area and the host was quick to respond. The view was gorgeous all the way around the property. Very private and quiet area to get away and spend time with the family. The host was very accommodating and pleasant to communicate with. I would definitely return for another stay.

My family and I spent a week at Barrington's place. We were blessed with wonderful weather and the settling on the Chesapeake Bay was beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. We felt right at home and when we had questions Barrington answered them quickly. We hope to visit here again someday.
