Vacation rentals with a patio in Vineyard

Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This unit was the perfect size for two people with plenty of off street parking. The location was close to everything we needed. Even though it's on a busy street it's behind the main house and very quiet.

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

This place is perfect for a little get away. The backyard is beautiful and everything is so comfy. Great stay!

I stayed over a weekend for my daughter‘s wedding. It was the perfect homebase. It was really nice to escape to the backyard and relax by the fruit trees. The beds were comfy and everyone had a great time.

A ton of space, everything you need, beds are really comfortable and things for the kids to do. Highly recommend

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. The property was spotless and exactly as described with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions that made check-in a breeze. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay.

My family and I stayed for part of memorial weekend. Check in was easy, Jenny checked up, she was responsive if I had any questions. Loved it. My kids loved the pool, and it felt nice to get out of the fast paced LA life. It was much needed and I would stay here again and again. The wife and I sat by the fire-pit whole the kids swam their hearts away. After - movie and movies the kids pick I could hardly stomach but HEY… it’s a vacation. I would highly recommend stayed here for families and friends groups that want to go somewhere relaxing!

We had a great stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean, homey and well stocked with everything one would need. Beautiful yard conveniently located. We highly recommend it!

The house is wonderful exactly as pictured. Beautiful back yard and neighborhood. There are a lot of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We didn’t have any issues while we stayed, the host was kind enough to let us check in earlier.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
