Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. In the large outdoor courtyard you'll find a saltwater pool with a relaxation area on a panoramic terrace overlooking the castle and vineyards with incomparable sunsets.

The property is a portion of a 16th Century Casa Colonica (a typical Tuscan farmhouse) situated atop a hill surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sprawling views of the surrounding hills. The village of San Vincenzo a Torri and of Ginestra Fiorentina are respectively 2km away grocery and bakery stores, pharmacy, bank, restaurant, news stands, and petrol stations are within minutes from the house. Only 16km (10miles) to Florence the toll free highway is 3km from the house. Car is a must.

Holiday home no. 1 is located in the heart of the historic center of Vinci, the famous city that was the birthplace of the genius Leonardo da Vinci. The newly renovated home offers every comfort. A kitchen with a table suitable for 4 people, a bedroom in a nice loft with a double bed. On the ground floor, a practical full bathroom with shower and a sofa bed where you can relax but which, if necessary, comfortably accommodates other people overnight.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
