Loft vacation rentals in Villette, Paris

This was the perfect apartment loft for a stay in Paris! I would definitely recommend. Clean, nice, and great location. We loved the early check-in time! I wish the check-in time was the standard for every Air BnB.

Matthieu's loft is beautiful, lots of natural light and no vis a vis, modern and tastefully decorated. I travelled with my teenage daughter and she slept on the mezzanine, thus having her privacy. The neighbourhood is more for locals, the restaurants around (very good!) had very few tourists, sometimes only my daughter and me 😂 Matthieu is soooooo kind and attentive, he gave us a lot of good advice. The title of his airbnb biography: a stranger is a friend you haven't met. Matthieu you have new friends in Switzerland. And we will definitely come back to this beautiful loft!!!!😊

Sylvain was very responsive from the first contact, via messaging, even before booking! We got stuck in traffic... so I warned Sylvain that we would arrive late, he was very understanding and even told me not to stress. We thank him for his empathy... It is a rare quality these days and therefore deserves to be highlighted. The accommodation is in a very good location, near the Canal Saint-Martin, in an authentic area of Paris. We were able to do a lot of sightseeing on foot, walks along the canal, Les Buttes de Chaumont, the Centre Pompidou etc. The loft is very pleasant to stay in, with all the comforts you need and very nice decor, quiet with its small very green courtyard. It's very nice to come back to this little cocoon after a day in Paris! We enjoyed the wide selection of dishes, the kitchen is sublime. We can only recommend Sylvain's loft, who is a very welcoming host.

All very well, we were 5 people and the apartment fit us very well! The host was great, anything we needed was willing to help! Quiet place, comfortable beds. All I have to note is that it didn't get a good signal, at least in the apartment we were in, which sometimes made it difficult for us to look for things we wanted to do, and to communicate with our own. Still, it was great!

This place is lovely! The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I would tell anyone to stay here with full confidence that their expectations will be exceeded. The location is superb and easily navigable.

We are a multi-generational family of nine, ranging in age from five to eighty-one. All seven adults and two children had a wonderful stay. Emmanuel was very helpful as we planned our trip, giving us information about places to eat that would take a large group, and providing an extra bed in one room (so 5 year old could sleep in with her parents). Everything one might need to make meals was available in the kitchen. The living area is spacious and the dining table was big enough for all of us. This Airbnb is located in a very residential neighborhood, but close to shops, cafes, two metro lines. We walked to Eiffel Tower and Rue Cler. For us the location and the accommodation were ideal. We would chose this place to stay again.

We spent 10 amazing days at this Paris Airbnb, and it exceeded our expectations! The views were stunning, and the location was perfect—close to great eats and metro stations. The host was fantastic—very helpful and attentive. We felt really cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris. We’d love to return!

I absolutely LOVED my stay. I went on a solo trip, I felt very safe and the location is just perfect. There are loads of shops, cafes and restaurants literally just outside the door and easy access to the metro to explore the rest of beautiful Paris. If you're vegan - there's a fully vegan patisserie only 5 minutes away! also a vegan shop / cafe nearby. the apartment is stunning - very relaxing and perfect for a couple / solo traveller. obviously the sauna and jacuzzi really make the place special! I was allowed to drop my bags off earlier than check in time, which was super helpful. all communication was quick, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying at this apartment, I can't wait to go back again!!!!!! 🥰

Place is as described. Lots of space despite we had two adults and two children ages 12 and 8. There was a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin bunked bed. About 8 minutes to/from a Metro line 5 station. A couple of grocery stores nearby metro station (Aldi and Carrefour City) as well as a kebab restaurant. Washer and Dryer are also available. Vladik was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to check-in early and instructions were provided in advanced. Location is also in a quite neighborhood area. We walked late night (after 9PM) a couple of times and seems to okay. Thanks Vladik for hosting it was a great stay!

Stunning home in a perfect location. Vinicius and Ana were extremely responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment. Rare to find something on the ground floor. Great for my parents to not have to go up and down stairs. Exactly as described. Easy to self check in. Owner was very responsive to any and all questions.

Richard was the most incredible super host I have ever dealt with, and his loft in Paris was my favorite of any place I have stayed! The loft is a 15 min walk to Notre Dame or Louvre, but is nestled in a wonderful non-touristy neighborhood with locals and amazing restaurants. The loft is very quiet, within a building and past a courtyard. Beautifully appointed with artwork, 2 separate beds (door closes for one) so lots of privacy. And the common area is spacious and relaxing after a long day of walking the city. Roomy bathroom with shower (and washing machine!). A sizeable kitchen if you feel like cooking, but also large refrigerator for all your yummy leftovers. Richard communicated great pre-trip, personally met us upon arrival & showed us around the local area, sharing history and great recommendations. During our 2 week stay, if we ever needed him, he would respond within an hour. And he personally ensured we got to 2 different train stations when departing Paris. Incredible!

As a family of 4, we stayed at Vero's place for 3 days. The loft is exactly as in the pictures: beautiful, very clean and furnished with a lot of taste, in all details. It also smelled very good. There is everything you need for a weekend or a longer stay. It's well located in a quiet street and public transports are at walking distance. Shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars in the neighborhood. Vero is very responsive and friendly. We really felt at home. We'll surely go back. Merci Vero :)

Last year, this apartment was in our top list so visited again this year. Once again. We really feel at home when we enter. The property is located in a lively neighborhood but you won't notice: the home is located in the courtyard. This year also used the projector for the home theater feel. Also discovered that bus line 96 stops in front of the door and leads you directly to the city center. And thank you Emile for the lovely coffee!

Do not hesitate to book this amazing place in the BEST LOCATION!! Just stop looking and book it and be treated to an amazing guest experience. Groceries, metro station, bakery, restaurants, bank ATM, farmers mkt (2x per week) just minutes away. Literally minutes! It was fantastic, best location ever!  On top of all that, the host was truly amazing. She checked in on us many times and she gave us so much help with questions we had, whether it was how to buy certain groceries or how to get to a certain place, how to use the metro, etc. All those questions that come up when you are traveling, she was always there to answer. The beds are very comfortable. The lighting is good. The little dishwasher was great. It was nice to have a clean, large refrigerator with some coffee pods and a nice Nespresso machine as well as teabags.  We enjoyed having a washer/dryer in the bathroom. The shower was very clean, great hot water supply. There was a towel warmer that also had a warming fan.
