The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Buttes Chaumont, a 5-minute walk to Canal Saint Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq, a 20-minute walk to La Villette. The neighborhood is very lively and you will find everything you need within 100 m.

This is not a professional AirBnB. This is a private apartment rented during my vacation that does not contribute to the real estate boom. It is lovingly decorated and cared for, be indulgent with small imperfections. I will respond as actively as possible. The apartment is located in the heart of Buttes Chaumont and not far from Parc de la Villette. The neighborhood is quite quiet, but you can find a lot of activity near the canal within walking distance.

Our apartment is cozy and bright! Ideal for a family with children, we are located between the Canal de l'Ourq, Buttes-Chaumont Park and La Villette. Please note, this is not a year-round rental apartment; it is where we live with our 2 children and our cat, and our belongings remain in the apartment (but not our cat :)). It is very pleasant and located a 1-minute walk from the metro. Only available one to two weeks a year during our vacation.
