Ideally located between the most beautiful park in Paris: Buttes-Chaumont and the banks of the Canal de l'Ourq – Quai de Loire. It consists of an entrance with separate toilet and equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a bedroom with queen size bed and bathroom with window. Quiet, on a courtyard. The neighborhood is very cute and dynamic, all shops and the metro are at the foot of the building.

La mezzanine dispose d’un espace nuit et d’un espace bureau équipé d’un écran d’ordinateur pour éventuellement télétravailler confortablement (prise HDMI). Il n’est pas autorisé de dormir sur le canapé. Metro 5 Laumière à 2 min. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Charming apartment located on the heights of Belleville and close to the Buttes Chaumont park, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Village Jourdain, 18 minutes by metro from Châtelet, 20 minutes from the Gare de l'Est... Very bright and enjoying a clear view, the 45m² apartment was completely renovated in May. It has an entrance, a living room/equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. It can accommodate a couple and a young child. (travel cot or inflatable mattress).

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.
