The apartment is a 5-minute walk to Buttes Chaumont, a 5-minute walk to Canal Saint Martin and Canal de l'Ourcq, a 20-minute walk to La Villette. The neighborhood is very lively and you will find everything you need within 100 m.

This 42 m² apartment is bright, elegant, and spacious, offering a comfortable setting to accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note: The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, especially wheelchair users, as the building and elevator are not designed to accommodate wheelchair circulation.

A jewelry district of Paris which was my favorite, both young and family, perfect for a weekend getaway for two couples or groups of friends. There are many cultural highlights of Paris such as the Philharmonie, the Canal de l 'Ourcq and the Buttes Chaumont. Many bars and restaurants, ideal to find yourself in an atmosphere of Parisian youth. 3 metro lines serve the district which take in 15 min max door to door to the Sacré Coeur, Opera or the Marais.

Jaurès (line 2 and 5) and Bolivar (line 7 bis) stations are a 3-minute walk away.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.
