Our lovely apartment is perfect to use as base for sightseeing in the area of Lot et Garonne and Dordogne. There are the bastide towns of Monpazier, Monflanquin, chateau Bonaguil, Chateau Biron to name a few. Parc en ceil and public swimming pool. After a day of sight seeing relax in the courtyard with a fountain with a glass of wine and barbecue. Domaine of Seguinet is set in 18 acres of grounds with access to fishing on the property or natural swimmming and boating on the lake.

Very nice atypical house where calm and serenity go smoothly. You will have a vacation with family or friends in unspoiled countryside listening to the singing of birds and cicadas. A real haven of peace in the middle of nature between Villeneuve sur lot and Agen.
