Perfect location (close to Paris ) We felt out of place thanks to the large garden . The house was clean ( which is very important to me) The host was not there to welcome us but was super responsive by phone . Recommended

quiet accommodation in a small cul-de-sac. as advertised. good value for the money. Fernando is very responsive and was able to inform us about our needs and distances (because we did not know the area and we had a wedding in Reuil). A little tight for six people on a long stay but for two nights for us it was perfect.

Vincent's place was perfect for our family of 5! Location was really convenient for exploring the city without being in the heart of the touristy areas, with lots of great stores, restaurants, and bakeries all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed - my only complaint is that certain parts of the second floor have low ceilings and I bumped my head a few times. Vincent is a great host, super responsive and extremely flexible with being able to drop off luggage early and leaving it late which was a life saver for us.

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. some insects disturbed our sleep for some time, however host responded us and provided fans next day, which helped us a lot. All others was Good.

My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Superb location. Close to metro and RER stations. Left bank was easy to explore and only a 30 minute RER ride to Versailles so we could get to everything we wanted to see on this trip to Paris. And seeing the Eiffel Tower from every room was very special!!

Sylvie and Max were extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. Their place is beautifully quaint and comfortable. They had everything thoughtfully prepared for our arrival with local recommendations and directions on how to get around. We also appreciated the warmth of having flowering roses and orchids in the apartment, as much as the local pastries and the bottle of chilled champagne. The location is convenient to the Metro stations so we were able to easily visit there the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Musèe d’Orsay, and Musèe L’Armee. We also walked to the Panthèon and Notre Dame which took no time at all. With all the beauty of Paris we experienced during our stay, my favorite part was standing on their balcony and taking it all in. The view is spectacular ! You will love being there. Experiencing an AirB&B for the first time can be very worrying; however, if all hosts were like Ludovic, there would be no doubt. The apartment is in a building complex, in a very quiet area, where several shops, including a full grocery store located 3 minutes' walk away, can meet all our food needs. Access is restricted to the occupants of the building, which makes everything absolutely safe. The apartment is as represented by the host. Everything is very clean. A small balcony invited us to relax there on our return and enjoy the last rays of sunshine. The RER is about a 20-minute walk, however, a bus circuit that can be used is a 4-minute walk and takes us to the RER in a very short time. A hiking trail is located close to us leading to the Marne. If you decide to choose to stay outside the heart of Paris, Ludovic's apartment in St-Maurice is the perfect place. Ludovic

Tiny space. About 10-15 minutes from Hoche metro station. Very nice reception with a personal message in the form of a letter. I found it particularly nice and thoughtful that the refrigerator was filled with food for breakfast, which you were allowed to help yourself to. I'd love to come back.

Alain is a very welcoming, kind and insightful host. The location is great to move around Paris and the room has the most amazing view. Alain’s apartment feels like a museum and every detail holds a story. I will definitely come back and you should definitely stay with him!

Indulge in the green and the garden, so well cared by Veronique and her family. 1 km away from Bièvres time slows down and you can find your accommodation in a fairy corner of this region. Excellent also for a pit stop before/after Versailles and Giverny

The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible, and we loved being able to see it sparkle on the hour from bed after a long day of touring. The view of the city was so beautiful and was also close to a park, so the sounds were of families and birds chirping--very relaxing. Being so close to the metro made getting around super easy. The host family was so kind and welcoming, we felt like we got to see a glimpse into authentic French daily living. We would highly recommend this for your stay and hope to return ourselves again soon!

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

One of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. The host is very kind and always helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the room has shutters, making it easy to sleep at any time of day. There's also a large, beautiful terrace with many chairs. Tea and coffee are available all day, and the host was very kind to provide big bottle of water.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

It was a great stay with Dominika and Eryk. Very warm and cordial welcome and treatment throughout the stay. We really felt like members of this super nice French family. Dominika and Eryk are very special people ready to help. Thanks to this, our trip to Paris was very successful. The location of the villa is very good, close to several means of transport.
