Staying at Iris’s apartment was a dream. The space is beautiful, full of character, great energy and perfectly located — it truly made us feel like we were living in Paris rather than just visiting. Every detail felt considered, from the furnishings to the thoughtful advice that made us feel instantly at home. The neighborhood is charming and walkable, with innumerable cafés, shops, museums and that irresistible Parisian atmosphere just outside the door. Iris was a gracious and responsive host, and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to Paris and we loved it. First off the location is perfect, it’s on a lively street with tons of cafes, food, bars, and restaurants. The train is easily accessible to multiple lines and was easy to navigate. The oldest pastry shop is also located on that street which is pretty cool. Manfred is a great host! Very warm, welcoming, and kind. He made it easy to check in and check out. He met us at the door and walked us up to the apartment. I really appreciate when hosts leave water bottles for us and he even went the extra mile and got us delicious chocolate and champagne. He’s very responsive as well. The place is a little small but that’s to be expected in Europe and it was enough space for the 2 of us. Very clean, had extra towels, and 10/10 we would recommend and stay there again. This is truly a remarkable place. It is in the very heart of Paris--almost the geographic center of the city. True to Parisian form, there are a great number of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. The location's convenience to the Metro railway, and the RER, is ridiculously good. It didn't seem to matter what direction we needed to go or what line we needed to get on, there was always a station within a sub 15 minute walk. Inside, the apartment is a very spacious single level living space. There is a small lower level where the gym equipment is located (what a nice touch!). All the amenities are updated, but the (I believe to be) original parquet flooring is still intact, giving it a truly 'at home in Paris' feel. Charlotte was a very communicative host and we had an absolutely delightful time. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to make the most out of their time in Paris.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, definitely recommend! Right next to a mall and busstop aswell which made everything very convenient!

A great walkable location in Montmartre minutes from a metro stop with a very nice view of major landmarks from the balconies!

Great apartment ideally located in a central but quiet neighborhood. metro station is literally in front of the gate so it's a very convenient as a base in Paris to get yourself anywhere. so the main selling point is its location. the place itself has everything you need for a short stay.

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Valérie is very kind, we found a cozy, very pleasant space in her home. Comfortable bed, good shower, kitchen with all the necessary items for a 4-day stay. The location is close to the subway that takes us to the center of Paris in half an hour. The balcony is a plus, where we can have a beautiful view of the sunset, and drink a glass of wine at nightfall. There is a Carrefour downstairs, and restaurants that sell ready-made food. I really liked it. Thank you.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.

Booked this place for my parents They enjoyed their stay This is their first time visiting France. The host gave a lot of house rules, but the instructions were clear, and she was communicative The environment, according to my parents, was really posh and nice!!! The only thing was that the electricity kept tripping whenever the kettle was on, but the host let us know how to turn it back on. (My parents ended up not using the kettle after a while because the light would always trip) Otherwise, I would recommend it—it's worth the price!! The accommodation has a lift, so accessibility was easy, which was a plus for my parents. There isn't a lot of closet space, but that wasn't an issue for them. Thanks for a good stay!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. A pleasant and refreshing break close to Paris. Clean and well laid out accommodation, it feels good. Host hospitality and availability is a real plus, not to mention the Kili company!

One of our best Airbnb stays ever! 💯💯💯 Ugo is a very welcoming and responsive host. He provided all of our necessities (trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and even came by after work to change the jacuzzi filter—truly amazing and kind. The house itself is very clean, cozy, and spacious—it felt exactly like home. There's nothing better than enjoying some BBQ after a long day outside and then dipping into the warm water of the jacuzzi. We 100% recommend this place!
