Spotless, charming appartment in Belleville. Host is very responsive and nice. Neighbourhood is lively and interesting. *Just be mindful that Belleville metro station is a prostitution hot spot at night. Did not feel unsafe but it is pretty obvious and shocking.

We stayed here for 5 days with our family and really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very cosy and located in a beautiful building. The hosts were quick, clear, and helpful in all their responses. There’s also a detailed guide with all the instructions – very convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, with a great location not far from Paris. We definitely recommend this place!

Hello, a very pleasant and very well located apartment. I parked my car on the next street in the green zone (it's cheaper than the red zone just downstairs from the building). You enter the apartment with a code, you have to do it twice for the door to open because of the electronic lock.

We had a great time at Heidi's place. We were there for a trade show and the apartment is conveniently located in relation to the exhibition center. The apartment is small but clean, very well-equipped and functional. Parking spaces are an undeniable plus! Access to the apartment and garage is very easy. There was a problem with the heating during our stay but Heidi gave us all the necessary information and solutions. Thank you for hosting us. We recommend this listing +++

I've only been using hotels in the Bilancourt area, but this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it a house that was spacious enough for 2 people to use. Gary was kind enough to welcome us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

We had a lovely stay at this place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is just amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Boris was responsive when we needed him a lot. We wanted to be close to La Défense and Puteaux train station located 1 min from Boris's accommodation took us there very quickly or sometimes we walked. The only catch is the staircase at the entrance to the building when you have a lot of luggage. But honestly, we all loved staying here for a few days. Thanks Boris for hosting us! We'll go back if we have a chance.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

The apt was very cozy and spacious. Walkable to cafes and restaurants nearby. There’s some good running routes along the canal close to the apt. Dimitri was very fast to respond and also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you again!

Stay for a skating competition for our daughter. Very well located apartment in relation to the ice rink, possibility to do everything on foot. Shops nearby, ideal apartment for a family like us of three children including two teenagers. Quiet residence, apartment as described and very responsive host. We recommend it .

We felt very comfortable. A sunny breakfast room where you can make yourself comfortable and like to stay. And you can reach the city center in 20 minutes by metro. I'd love to come back.

The area was good. But it was a little far from all attractions. Had to ride metro to get to each attraction to walk that area? But the view was stunning and well worth it.
