Worth every cent for the experience of a lifetime - staying in a troglodyte which had been excavated 1,000 years ago! Nestled at the foot of beautiful Montresor castle, it was like living a fairytale. Everything was beautifully appointed, and very modern (superb shower!) whilst maintaining the history of the home. There was superb artwork on the walls, and everything you needed was a5 your fingertips. Only a few metres walk to the best bakery in the world - the apricot flan was to die for and the most luscious macaroons - all in all, a really lovely way to spend a few days in the Loire Valley.

Chantal welcomed us in a pleasant way. the place is great for spending time with family and friends. It's quiet, peaceful. We recommend Chantal's accommodation without hesitation.

Accommodation faithful to the description. Small but cozy. Quiet and conveniently located close to Beauval Zoo. Responsive host when I called them because we arrived 15 minutes early because my daughter was sick. I would highly recommend it. Good value for money.

We had a pleasant stay in this house which is very well located at the foot of the castle and quiet. We were 8 adults and the house offered was very spacious and very well equipped with in addition a very beautiful garden ideal for meals with many relaxation areas.
