You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Our 18th century winemaker's house offers luxury accommodation for six people. Situated in historic Monthelie, the house is a short walk from Meursault, and 7Km from Beaune. Features include a heated pool overlooking the vineyard and 2 outdoor dining terraces . The cottage is equipped for food and wine loving visitors and has secure parking on site. The house is not well suited for young children who cannot swim.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Located amid vineyards, you will enjoy its calm, its authenticity, its pool, its gardens and its magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
