The stay was really very pleasant and the place is very well located, you could walk very well and the city center. We really enjoyed the time there and will be happy to come back!

Giuliano and his wife are super nice people. We felt right at home! The place was very clean and has everything you need. The location is quiet but by car you can quickly get to Modena. Giuliano was friendly and helpful with every question. My family and I would come back.

We felt very comfortable and had a lovely time :) The accommodation absolutely matches the pictures and the description. It is spacious and well equipped, with small snacks and drinks for the first day! The large pool was open, so we could swim a lot. A large gas grill is also available for grilling. Our host Riccardo was friendly, helpful, was always available and even blew up a collection of bath toys for the pool for our children. A great little bakery is three houses away. Otherwise, you need a car to explore the area - but I think you should inform yourself about something like that in advance. The only thing that bothered me was the noise from the neighbors. Due to the dogs and small children, we sat upright in bed several times late at night, as it was really very loud. After three nights, we got used to it.

I recommend staying at Mrs. Laura's bed and breakfast for those looking for a very quiet place, with many comforts inside the small apartment. Mrs. Laura's availability and kindness, cleanliness and change of sheets/tablecloths were very much appreciated.
